This hotel cancelled my reservation without explanation during the last week prior to my stay which caused the booking.com to commit fraud against me by making another reservation at a different hotel without my permission and instructed to not do that but did it anyway causing loss of funds which the other hotel refused to refund due to their booking policy which was completely contrary to to printed policy I had received from booking.com from the first and only reservation made by me. It's a scheme to make money from you regardless of what you do with a reservation. Do your homework on these online booking sites folks. It pays to stay away!
One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in the area. Very clean and great customer service.
Needed a place to stay for family and friends to attend my daughters graduation from college. The location was convenient, clean, comfortable. I wish I had found it sooner when I would come to visit her. If I were to stay in the area again, this would be my first choice to seek out a bargain.
This hotel can be pricey, I was fortunate to find an Internet deal that had costs comparable to surrounding lodging. In addition, the parking at $25 per night was a bit steep as well. Cost will be the largest consideration for me on a return visit.
Hector was very helpful and friendly... he went out of his way giving us information. He couldn't do enought for us.!!! Thank you
Beautiful lobby, bar, pool
Please serve coffee all day instead of making us buy it at the coffee shop. Keep the pool a bit warmer.
This is a very nice hotel with lots of amenities.
In general the front desk staff was cold and impersonal.
The room was very nice and clean
There was a college football team that stayed in te hotel - they stopped all the elevators for all the guest except the team and we had to walk down 7 flights of stairs that exited into a dark alley leading to the streets. When we told the manager she just looked like oh well.
We arrived after a long drive over to discover that ALL food and beverage was SHUT DOWN until the following morning due to an OUTBREAK of noro virus, which causes violent diarrhea and vomiting. Did we receive a call or an email? NOPE. When I told them we didn't receive a call or an email, the front desk simply stated "Oh, we didn't know your area code." That's what Google is for! STUNNING lack of initiative from the staff of a so called LUXURY hotel.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating
First room had discolored carpets, stained sheets and a phone that didn't work.
Very comfortable room, especially the bed. Very nicely appointed hotel public spaces and helpful, friendly staff, although the front desk was somewhat short staffed when I checked in.
I hate being nickel and dimed -- or dollared -- to death. The rate was about right for the room, but it did not include breakfast ($16 for continental), parking ($20), or Wi-Fi in the room. And there were no other food facilities anywhere near. Hotels are learning about add-on charges all too well from the airlines.
The personalized care and service was outstanding.
The space was very clean and the staff were attentive.
The air conditioning was not working for the length of the stay - the hotel did nothing to notify guests of the problem. When asked about it, guests were told on Monday that it would not be fixed before Thursday, if then. There was no offer for refund. They needed to be proactive and reach out to their guests.
The staff are so welcoming and helpful! The beds are amazing! I could not have been happier with my overall experience. I have been staying here once a month for business for the last 6 months. I would not stay anywhere else in this area.
Sometimes the cafe does not have FACE nonfat yogurt. Really , I know , I had to search deep for a criticism.
