Location to the Senrichuo station was fantastic. Hotel was nicer and roomier than expected (we had a twin room). In-room amenities (fridge, toiletries, tea, hot pot, etc) were great. Our only complaint is that we couldn't quite get the air conditioning to work, so our room was a little warm and stuffy. I am sure that if we had asked for help the friendly staff would have taken care of it.
nice clean room too far from Shinsaibashi
I forgot a souvenir when checking out. When I called the hotel once I realized this, they made sure to not their it out when cleaning the room and hold onto it until I was able to return and pick it up. My biggest concern was that the free TV channels were lacking a bit in selection. But then again, this is a business hotel and the channel selection reflects that.
Hotel Located near to Midosuji Line and New Osaka Station. Very easy to do shopping and find nice restaurant next to for near hotel. Room was very convinient and friendly service. This is one of the best hotel in Osaka. N/A
Staff were very polite and helpful. Japanese breakfast was excellent. Good value for money if you order the breakfast in advance I thought that the hotel was in Osaka but it is actually a bit out of Osaka, sort of in the middle of nowhere. You have to go a further couple of stations to get to it.
I have stayed at the Kishibe Station Hotel on numerouas occasions and every time I have had a wonderful time
Staff at front desk is very friendly and helpful. The cleaning crew did a great job. The hotel itself is conveniently located, right next to the train station.
Clean, quiet and out of the way. The hotel staff was very friendly, spoke good english and were helpful. The room was small, but clean and more than I expected for the price. I really liked the location of the Esaka area and while you need to take a train to any tourist sightseeing, I equally enjoyed the small parks, the random rice field the size of city blocks, the non-tourist shopping places, the things I found in Esaka. One thing about traveling to Japan that I would like to comment on is English, some people told me no one speaks English and some people said everyone speaks English. I found the later to be true, but it's misleading. They all do learn English, but it isn't used that much and they can go years without speaking any. So it is like someone coming to you out of the blue and asking an algebra question when you haven't used algebra in years. Be Patient, or Be Polite and learn some Nihongo.
Accross the road from Itami airport A very basic hotel - ideal for an early flight from Itami.
checking out. noisy , can hear next door..
good located and quiet The buikdind is cleen but still old
Free shuttle bus to airport, and free internet. I wish staff could speak a little more English, and it's very difficult to find the hotel
