Wir haben ohne Frühstück gebucht. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war super. Der Poolbereich war sehr schön.

Das Hotel ist Sehr Schön die Zimmer sind Top Luxus / Modern man Fühlt sich von der Ersten Minute an Willkommen !!

Der Wellness Bereich ist Top 5Sterne Plus !! Nur ich Finde...das geht Garnicht 5 Sterne Hotel Hyatt und dann muss ich diese als Hotelgast Extra bezahlen !! Durchschnitt Preis fürs Hotel 300.-€ Aufwärts pro Übernachtung und dann das !! Schade das macht Eigentlich den 5 Stern Plus kaputt

This is the most convenient hotel to enjoy FC. Barcelona‘s match. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a great place to stay like in Camp Nou. The ease of putting your personal valuables in the hotel and taking your tickets and a few small coins will increase the value of this hotel. Security is solid and public transportation is also good. There is also a department store nearby, and the environment is wonderful without any problems with cafes and breakfast.

There is quite a complaint about the payment of the hotel. I was deposited even though I was paying in advance through BOOKING.com. The statement of payment was also very difficult to understand, and the room fee was double charged. I made a complaint through BOOKING.com and it was resolved three weeks later. It was hard for each other to go through the troublesome procedures. I think that there was no mistake if they made the method of collection simpler.
