Vincci Selección Aleysa Hotel Boutique & Spa

Beautiful boutique hotel overlooking the beach and promenade. The staff are wonderful, friendly yet professional. It's a small hotel. We went with our two kids who loved it but don't expect lots of facilities, it's a small pool but they enjoyed it as it was like having a private pool! The facilities are all around ie. down on the beach, along the promenade, 10 minute walk to the Aquarium which is fab, the cable cars, shops, cafes, all very buzzy around the hotel. A small touch of luxury amidst the beachfront!

The only thing that worried me was our room, which was a duplex which is great on one hand, as lots of room, but the stairs are marble and quite open, I was worried with kids up and down. I wasn't keen on letting my 9 year old sleep upstairs in case she tried to use the stairs in the night etc. I would have preferred a flat room on one level. It was very modern and lovely but the stairs were not good for kids or older people.
