Beach location
We had hard time finding vegetarian food, we had two beds were full size, not comfortable for party of 4, were able to get only one extra portable bed.

False advertising about amenities and all inclusive package. Credits at the hotel is a scam. Horrible service by some of the staff.

Nice needs a few minor tweets; I would go back
Employees were nice & service prompt, delivery quicker than told for room service/delivery. Pool was good, beach was great except for some seaweed. Massage was excellent best I've had in a long time! Food in buffet was good, did not try any specialty restaurants. Loved the cafe by the beach that served coffee and snacks. Coffee is really good, hot or cold, no sugar needed. The ice cream is really rich & smooth like gelato in Italy.
Kids club needs a better area not too god for older kids. My son was six and not much for him to do except video games. Other than basic drinks, margaritas & rum & coke, could be better good; drinks better if ordered in the restaurants.
