At 781 feet long, the 848 passenger Crystal Symphony was launched in 1995, and has just completed a full $17 million makeover, making it feel new. Popular routes are the 18-night Panama Canal Adventure from Fort Lauderdale to San Pedro, California, stopping at Grand Cayman, Cartagena, Nicaragua, Guatemala and Mexico. Shorter routes include 6-nights down the Chilean coast from Valparaiso to Callao, and a 7-night trip from Aruba to Fort Lauderdale. There are a number of tours available on board the Crystal Symphony in 2018 as it crosses the Pacific. These include Auckland to Polynesia, and later in the year, Symphony visits Hawaii on its way north to Anchorage and the Yukon. The Symphony's best rooms are the Crystal Penthouses with verandas and butler service options. Passengers can also enjoy upgraded market-style social spaces, open-seating and expanded specialty venues, all with free and unlimited Wi-Fi. Restaurants include Nobu Matsuhisa’s only other seagoing eponymous Japanese/Peruvian restaurant; the other is on sister ship Serenity.Families can enjoy Silk Kitchen & Bar while kids will also love the Fantasia Club. On board, activities have had a glamorous upgrade, with new shows Crystal In Motion and Crystal on Broadway, from Broadway Producer Kevin McCollum. A Wellness At Sea set of activities include Tour de Spin Indoor Cycling, Pilates, and Yoga for all. Wine tasting, wellness lectures, and Tai Chi.
