The 130,000-ton Disney Fantasy is the perfect setting for bringing kids' dreams to life. Ideal for families, this ship, which can carry up to 3,950 passengers, has plenty on offer to keep adults and kids happy cruising around the Caribbean. There are several routes available on Disney Fantasy, all starting and ending in Port Canaveral, near Mickey Mouse's home in Orlando. Choose different options for seven nights of fun, sailing around the Caribbean.
Disney Fantasy offers both Eastern and Western Caribbean routes, the former visiting St. Maarten and the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the latter stopping in Cozumel, Mexico, and Falmouth, Jamaica. Before returning to Florida, all routes drop anchor at Castaway Cay, Disney's privately-owned island, which offers 1,000 acres of barely-developed natural splendor where passengers can enjoy re-enacting their favorite Pirates of the Caribbean moments.
Disney Fantasy has 150 inside cabins and 199 outside cabins. 13 cabins are wheelchair-accessible. The Standard Staterooms can sleep up to four guests, and come equipped with 22" LCD flat screen TV, full-length mirror, refrigerator, safe, hairdryer and individual climate control. A privacy curtain can divide the room in two, making it ideal for family groups. The exciting Magic Porthole is a cleverly disguised LCD monitor through which guests might see a Disney character or a pirate ship pass by.
While adults relax in the child-free spa or adults-only pool, the kids can enjoy awesome entertainment, including wild rides on the AquaDuck, the first-ever "water coaster" built on a ship. There are also live Disney musical performances, fireworks displays at night, shops and decadent dining options for a family cruise with something for every age.
