Positiv: Drop-off box.
Negativ: We waited for the staff to arrive until after 8, so we could confirm we would receive our deposit back (since we filled the gas tank). When she did arrive,any of us were waiting; she took our keys and registration forms, mumbled something, and disappeared. We waited half an hour, then left to get breakfast. When we returned 25 people were waiting, three staff were hovering over their computers, and still no progress or communication.

Negativ: Wir warteten darauf, dass das Personal bis nach 8 Uhr ankommt, so dass wir bestätigen konnten, dass wir unsere Kaution zurückbekommen würden (da wir den Tank gefüllt haben). Als sie kam, warteten wir alle; sie nahm unsere Schlüssel und Registrierungsformulare, murmelte etwas und verschwand. Wir warteten eine halbe Stunde, gingen dann zum Frühstück. Als wir zurückkamen, warteten 25 Leute, drei Angestellte schwebten über ihren Computern und noch kein Fortschritt oder Kommunikation.
