the car was not available and I had to hire one from scratch Negativ: this cost me about 700 dollars and there was no way of contacting anyone from your office to help resolve it. I'm really upset.
Never againPositiv: The car was as expected.Negativ: The drop off Station was closed during official opening hours when I wanted to give my car back. I had to spend 30 Eurostar in calls until finally someone came to open. No excuse, just rude behavior from all people involved. Never again
