Orly Airport is Difficult to Drop Off Rental Car in the Morning

Positiv: Picking up the rental car was fine. Other than dropping off the rental car, no other issues.

Negativ: THE ORLY AIRPORT! The Orly airport is horrible early in the morning. Tram was not working yet, taxi drivers would not drive us to the Sud terminal, no way to walk to this terminal. By the time we figured out the only way to the Sud terminal was 28.5 Euro bus charge we ended up missing our flight. There was very little room left to drop off the rental car and it took some time to figure out the area where the rental car should be parked.

Negativ: They tried to charge me €170 extra on a €60 rental at pickup, and then repeated the procedure again at drop off.

Negativ: - Tried to charge us $100 more than the reservation rate - Car didn't match reservation description, it was a lot smaller than the reservation said in terms of fitting number of people and bags - Budget tried to charge us for adding a spouse even though their policy is to add a spouse for free then they told us they'd do us a favor to add a spouse just this 1x, even though it's actually their policy and they're supposed to do it - The person who checked us in was not friendly at all - The check-in process took over 1 hour

Der Flughafen Orly ist Am Morgen Nur Schwer Vom Mietwagen Zu Trennen

Positiv: Die Abholung des Mietwagens war in Ordnung. Außer dem Absetzen des Mietwagens gibt es keine anderen Probleme.

Negativ: DER FLUGHAFEN ORLY! Der Flughafen Orly ist am frühen Morgen schrecklich. Die Straßenbahn funktionierte noch nicht, Taxifahrer wollten uns nicht zum Sud-Terminal fahren, kein Weg zu diesem Terminal. Als wir herausfanden, dass der einzige Weg zum Sud-Terminal 28,5 Euro Busgebühr war, haben wir unseren Flug verpasst. Es gab nur noch wenig Platz zum Absetzen des Mietwagens und es dauerte einige Zeit, um herauszufinden, in welchem Bereich der Mietwagen abgestellt werden sollte.

Negativ: Sie haben versucht, mir 170 Euro Aufpreis für eine 60 Euro Miete bei der Abholung zu berechnen, und dann das Verfahren bei der Rücknahme erneut wiederholt.
