Very comfortableNegativ: I spent 2 hours in the office before I got the car.
I went to dropoff the caqr at 8 am. Nobody was there. They arrived after 9 am what made me run to check-in for my flight.
Be aware Positiv: Good price for an SUV.Negativ: They tried to force me to buy insurance despite me telling them that my credit card company will cover any vehicle insurance claims. We went back and forth for 10 mins. I had to show them proof from Capital One to get them to back off. They desperately wanted to make extra money off of me.
Positiv: Helpful staff.
Negativ: Cumbersome check in and check out.

Very Poor ServicePositiv: Nothing!Negativ: Had to leave a deposit of $1500.00 even though credit card was already being used. Car was in poor condition and charger did not work. Girl at counter was not friendly and totally indifferent to our needs. She was unable to articulate rental policy in English so we ended up paying $25/day just for insurance. Overall horrible experience!

The price was reasonable, least among the rental companiesNegativ: 1. The agent at the airport was very pushy and intimidating about his local insurance
2. We did not get a good car the first time (wrong type, poor tires), we had to return it and get another the following day
3. The price was for limited mileage that was very pricey after the limit was reached
4. They put a $3,000 hold on credit card if don't get their insurance, though it may not be the best
5. It takes forever for them to clear these holds and show real charges on the credit card, at least 2 weeks

horrible service Positiv: nothing I didn't get the carNegativ: I was told when to avis to pay 1500$ down deposit. I did not know about it until I got there. I ended up with no car for my trip. and I did get a refund for the insurance I paid for the car trough kayak
Different experience every time I rent.Positiv: I liked their customer service representative very much for the way the handled customers and the car was very clean.Negativ: Since then, I never had a good experience with them. They lied about the time the vehicle was going to be ready. I had a group of missionary with me and I was so embarrassed to keep telling them those lies. Earlier this month, I had what maybe consider my last and poorest experience with Avis. Their worker called me after I came back to US to let me know that I owed them money because my payment was short, even though I had my receipt saying I paid for the rental. Then one of their employees kept sending me messages that are very inapropriate and have nothing to do with the rental.
I don't think I will rent with them anymore not recommend them to anyone else.

Worst rental experiencePositiv: The fact that it was even a car. I got double charged and no one seemed to care.Negativ: I booked online for a car rental and expected it to be easy peezy; this wasn't the case. I walked in to the rental office where they had no electronics of any kind. Not only did they not have any of my information on file but they didn't even bother to look it up by calling someone. I had to start over and manually fill everything out for them. I booked a second time and paid a deposit of $700! Now I'm over $1000, with no hopes of getting any money back, before I've even left the office.
My original booking was for a 2017 Hyundai Accent or similar. Instead, I got a 1994 Nissan that was barely hanging on! The back left tire was flat and I HAD TO CHANGE IT MYSELF! Absolutely terrible service and experience. I would like some money back or credits or I will never be using Budget/Kayak again
Better than last timePositiv: Great service over all. I like the efficiency in returning the car, I did not have to wait as long as the pick up time.Negativ: This time the only thing that made me unhappy was the waiting time before I picked up the car. Even though I reserved in advance, I still had to wait with visitors for over an hour before I could get a car. The other thing is that I was given a smaller size than the car I reserved for the same price. That was very disappointing.

I cancelled Positiv: They didn't provided all the info about requirements when booked the car rental when I reach to pick up the car they asked $2500.00 deposit despite I had already purchased insurance when I made the reservation, which I didn't get reimburse despite cancel reservation and they were no number to call to get my insurance money back. Unprofessionalism.Negativ: Nothing what so ever. I will never recommended to anyone what so ever...
