Positiv: Yes, Staff was very friendly and helpful
Negativ: Long lines at pick up. It took us more than 50 min to pick up our vehicle at Alamo counter.

Positiv: The car was very nice for the price...staff helpful and friendly. Even though we did not speak French the staff made the transaction very easy.
Negativ: Drop off was confusing...even though car drop off is marked on the signs...Alamo did not have a big sign like the other companies...we drove around looking for their drop off....however it is in the same spot as the others....once you drive down into the lot there is a small Alamo sign.

Offered the wrong car category - and the car was never received/ready
Positiv: Nothing
Negativ: Every thing. They offer The wrong /lower car category with the same amount. Car was never ready or available even after 1 hour waiting. Charge the full amount plus plus and amount not yet refund though the promise to do it immediately.

Positiv: The staff was able to get us into another car when we arrived later than we had originally planned.
Negativ: The website showed that the car could handle 7 people and 5 bags, but this was and either or. There was no trunk space if you didn't have the back 2 seats down.

You can drop off the car at either the terminal 1 or terminal 2 lot
Positiv: The experience was very smooth and just like renting stateside. The staff was very attentive and helpful. What they don't tell you is that you can drop off the car at either CDG location at Terminals 1 or 2. If you're dropping at Terminal 2, look for the Enterprise or National signs because Alamo wasn't well listed on the road signs.

Car not available
Negativ: When we arrived, our large family car was not ready even though we had mentioned our flight details. Very disappointing from Alamo, especially since we needed a large car fo the family and luggage. They offered a smaller car and still wanted to charge us extra! Normally, I am a happy customer of Alamo, but ;avoid the Paris Charles de Gaulle location. Very poor service and not up to Alamo's international standards.

Positiv: Das Auto war sehr schön für den Preis, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Obwohl wir kein Französisch sprachen, machten die Mitarbeiter die Transaktion sehr einfach.
Negativ: Die Fahrt war verwirrend...obwohl die Autoabfahrt auf den Schildern markiert ist...Alamo hatte kein großes Schild wie die anderen Firmen...wir sind umhergefahren, nach ihrem Abwurf zu suchen...aber es ist an der gleichen Stelle wie die anderen... sobald man in das Los hinunterfährt, gibt es ein kleines Alamo Signieren.

Falsche Fahrzeugkategorie angeboten - und das Auto wurde nie empfangen/bereit

Negativ: Jede Sache. Sie bieten Die falsche/niedrigere Fahrzeugkategorie mit dem gleichen Betrag. Das Auto war auch nach einer Stunde Wartezeit nie bereit oder verfügbar. Berechnen Sie den vollen Betrag plus und den noch nicht erstattungsfähigen Betrag.

Positiv: Das Personal konnte uns bei unserer Ankunft später in ein anderes Auto bringen, als wir es ursprünglich geplant hatten.
Negativ: Die Website zeigte, dass das Auto 7 Personen und 5 Taschen handhaben konnte, aber dies war und entweder oder. Es gab keinen Kofferraum, wenn man nicht die hinteren 2 Sitze nach unten hatte.

Sie können das Auto entweder an Terminal 1 oder Terminal 2 Lot abgeben
Positiv: Die Erfahrung war sehr glatt und genau wie die Vermietung von Staatsräten. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hilfreich. Was sie Ihnen nicht sagen, ist, dass Sie das Auto entweder an CDG-Standorten an Den Terminals 1 oder 2 abgeben können. Wenn Sie am Terminal 2 abfahren, suchen Sie nach den Schildern Enterprise oder National, da Alamo nicht gut auf den Straßenschildern aufgeführt war.

Auto nicht verfügbar
Negativ: Als wir ankamen, war unser großer Familienwagen nicht bereit, obwohl wir unsere Flugdetails erwähnt hatten. Sehr enttäuschend von Alamo, zumal wir ein großes Auto für die Familie und das Gepäck brauchten. Sie boten ein kleineres Auto an und wollten uns trotzdem extra zahlen! Normalerweise bin ich ein zufriedener Kunde von Alamo, aber ich vermeide den Standort Paris Charles de Gaulle. Sehr schlechter Service und nicht den internationalen Standards von Alamo.
