DifficultPositiv: Nothing. Negativ: First, the office was difficult to locate since it is in a shopping plaza not right on the road as it had been explained. When I returned the car after waiting for the agent to finish his phone call and acknowledge that I was there, the man at the counter was extremely rude. When I questioned the gas prepay refund I was instructed to take it up with the company. That he doesn’t represent the company and that it was expressed in the contract I had read and signed. At which point upon further questioning he provided said pamphlet. I was instructed that I should have read the fine print- and was again told to take it up with the company. Needless to say if I ever rent with Avis again I will be much more explicit in my requests since they obviously conveniently leave things out.

CrooksPositiv: NothingNegativ: I went to the dealership and asked how much it would be, including insurance. The man ran my card, checked me in and then told me how much it was. He claimed that he couldn't see the total until after my card was charged. I made him cancel the rental and I went elsewhere. Disgusting.

Very friendly and helpful folks at this locationPositiv: I'll make sure to check this location again for local rentals. It is not convenient to Metro, unlike Enterprise in downtown silver spring, but the wait times are shorter and they seem to be more concerned with finding a reasonable price for you at this location than at Enterprise.

Negativ: I love Enterprise typically great car inventory and service. I got a car that was undrivable - there was a person behind me also exchanging a car that was not safe. I had to go back and wait to do the exchange. The person who helped me originally did not give me any options except for a car that was clearly in an accident, not cleaned and alignment was completely off making it impossible to drive. I had to turn around and wait in line again to exchange after calling in to complain. The next person was very kind and understanding however so I appreciated that.
Not everyone has a local number!!?Positiv: Good customer service, most of the time - see below!Negativ: Staff asked for a local number, which we did not have. Kept asking because their system required it! We kept telling them we didn't have one. I did give them my mobile number, but the system knew this was not a local number! Eventually they entered their own number, why did they not do this in the first place is beyond me as it would have saved 10 minutes and it would have inconvenienced us and the other customers Thant were waiting much less.
Really on the ballPositiv: We reserved a car for a busy holiday weekend. Enterprise was awesome. They called us two days before to confirm and start check-in, and they advised us to show up super early to avoid any lines (which we did). During our trip, the car got dinged in a parking lot. Enterprise didn't charge us anything and helped us file a claim with our insurance company. Really great customer service all the way through. Plus the car was beautiful and clean.
Positiv: Pretty decent experience overall. No problem getting my vehicle nor dropping it off.Negativ: The vehicle came with an issue that I was unaware of until about 10 hours into my trip. The tail light was not working, but you know, I didn't get pulled over, and when I told them of the issue, they said even if I got a ticket they would've taken care of it. So I guess it's still pretty good.
Negativ: Enterprise would not let me drop off vehicle at an alternate locate for less than 120% the cost of the original rental. Penny pullers, weak customer service.

Negativ: The rental office is on a busy main street, and the pick up/drop off usually requires double parking. The staff is used to this and handles the challenge adroitly, but as renter dropping of a car, it was a little nerve-wracking.
Positiv: I thought it was a fair price for a day rental. The car was clean.Negativ: I had to wait a pretty long time for the service rep to go and get the car.
Both reps were out of the building to get cars for other customers.
They should find a closer holding lot.
Negativ: Rude service. No car provided after 90 minute wait.
Ruined our weekend family trip.
Positiv: The insurance package confused me.Negativ: A little bit expensive.
Positiv: The location is super convenient for us and the staff working there were very nice.Negativ: The car was dirty when we picked it up; the tank was under half full; and the daily charge for an extra driver, which I didn't realize was going to be as high as it was, made the deal less economical than I originally thought it would be when I placed order online. That's a learning lesson for me for next time.
