Sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Anlage und schöner Strand

Altes in die Jahre gekommenes Inventar, extrem hoher Lärmpegel im Hotel, sehr üble hygienische Verhältnisse im Speiseraum (gleich darmprobleme erhalten am zweiten Tag), immer die gleiche, langweilige und ungewürzte Speiseauswahl.

We visited for honeymoon with my wife.Room was big and clean.we like facilities,swimming pool is so big.One is for half olympic who likes to swim other for fun and one more for childs,hotel is big and good traditional art shapes(pictures,furnitors).

First of all meals are disaster.I came to tunis many times i never ate such bad meals.if you have reflux just eat salad cause all the others meal are cooked in bad oils which makes you disturbed after eating. Second is staff are not enough counts and definetly not happy at all.they dont smile. and i am turkish and my wife tunisian.there are different services for french people.staff smile to them and whatever they ask they do immediatly.When you ask smthg they do with bad face.I can tell you easily that hotel smells racism to last drop.They shouldn’t seperate people and i never felt this in tunisia till this time.Bar staff are so rude.If he understand that u dont speak french he try to mock with you.beach animators are rude and say some arabic bad words to tourists.specially to russian tourist.
