Cute rooms and had everything we needed for a quick two night stay. Really friendly staff who were very helpful whenever we had questions about the island and things to do.

Location, remoteness, pool. Restaurant and bar staff, although again leaderless. Their idea of decor are fire extinguishers! Restaurant needs help - ambiance, or it will go under and locals will lose their jobs.

Bright lights shining into room during the night due to outside lights and sheer curtains. Photos are old and not representative of the quality of accommodations, as many others have said. Spa-like touches are non-existent and cleaning staff is leaderless. Spend working hours sitting and eating. Can't perform basic services, eg, left a nearly empty lotion bottle for my new check-in. Upon my consulting on-site mgmt because owners are not reachable, empty bottle sat in the middle of housekeeper's folding table while they both ate and talked while Sitting On Stools!! Lack of leadership and management.
