Nautibeach Condos

Really would like to give a poor rating, just to keep this jewel of Isla Mujeres a kept secret. If one is looking for the perfect place with pool and beach, walk-able location, amazing staff, it can't be beat. These condo units (other than the studios) have full kitchens, patio/balconies and are set in a beautifully maintained tropical garden complete with entertaining Iguanas and kitties. Units are owned individually; each are furnished differently. Daily maid service excels, laundry can be done on site reasonably. Transportation (golf cart rental, hailing taxis, setting up tours) are services available just for the asking.

It is an older condo establishment, small (think 40 units) very well maintained and some units are on 2nd and 3rd floors. There is no elevator and no gym/workout facility. If these are important to you, you may want to look elsewhere.

Lovely location on Playa Norte, condo with a view. Condo had all the necessary amenities, nice view, and was quiet at night. Staff provided excellent service. Ulises - Very welcoming at checkin helped us to reset the safe. Andreina was very helpful in providing information on snorkeling and contact with tour operator, Mawe printed my husband's boarding pass.

Excellent hotel with the best location on Playa Norte. The rooms could do with a little renovating. Every room is different so you don't know what to expect. Great pool, restaurant and perfect for families. Beach was excellent.
