It was close to stores I wanted to go to and it was handy to have the Mexican restaurant across the parking lot! It was also very quiet, but there were not many guests due to Covid and it being Thanksgiving.
I was sad the pool/hot tub were closed, but that wasn't their fault and I didn't even think about it when I was booking.
The tv lineup included all the liberal news channels and not on inspirational channel. To receive the WiFi you must become a rewards member. I will not stay again at a Holiday Inn.
Room was very clean
I absolutely loved how clean our room smelt when we arrived.
Toulet paper was hung too far away from the toilet for a short person to reach easily. Staff was often not at the desk

Staff extremely accommodating to our party of 14 guests. Breakfast was good. Room was exceptionally quiet, very clean, and updated. Comfy bed. Staff were very, very friendly and kind and welcoming.

Interior was nice. Pool area was spacious.
Pool water was stinky, not a chlorine smell. Only had one bar of soap in the room. Staff helped out in snowstorm, makin alottments and helping patrons in the parking lot.
