Hotel Mirachoro Praia

Personal ist nicht interessiert oder bemüht. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Nur die Lobby wurde modernisiert. Das Zimmer ist nicht gemütlich und die Einrichtung sehr alt und heruntergekommen.

Bed too small

The bed is comfortable and the location is vey convenient - there were loads of restaurants around.

Practically everything! The customer service was terrible - the staff were rude, dismissive, abrupt, and overall unhelpful and unwelcoming. The breakfast options were very limited. There are no other options other than pork which my friend cannot eat due to religious reasons. There are not able to meet a lot of dietary requirements. The room was not cleaned to a high standard. When we first arrived, staff members suggested we had not made a booking and was very condescending! She did not apologise once she had actually looked and found my booking. We had ordered a cab and was waiting however, the lady at reception sent our cab away. This happened to numerous people of my background and age group. When we reported this, the other receptionist told us he did not care and it was not his problem. We felt racially discriminated against. During breakfast no conversation was made with us by staff however, they gladly conversed and smiled with other backgrounds. I believe despite the amazing location, it is not worth staying here and being treated in a bad way.
