Well located Lots of construction, elevators not working.
the pool Yes, they didn't have omelet station at their expensive breakfast buffet like they did in the past. I
Quiet, clean rooms. The location. It was a lot further from New York City than we wanted to stay. Difficult to get to.
The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub were very enjoyable. The Fitness Center is definitely a cut above normal hotel 'gyms.' Also, the Pub offered good food, a nice selection of draft beer and plenty of TVs to watch sports. Parking is a little inconvenient - especially when retrieving your car since the walk is uphill.
the friendliness of the staff and the comfort of the rooms

We enjoyed our brief stay. The facility is beautiful. The front desk staff was very helpful. we had a problem and he was very efficient in rectifying it,also afternoon valet was very pleasant, they both made us feel welcome. Handicap room we clean and big but bed was too low and uncomfortable.
Great value! Have stayed at another nearby hotel and almost the same. Comfortable large room, Pub was great to unwind in. Rooms/baths could use updating (and seemed to be in another wing). Breakfast was not included and rather high priced - get individual items and saved money.
N/a They were not very accommodating and their breakfast buffet was $40 per person for pre-cooked food. The heat didn't work and there were no blankets on the bed.
The hotel was very nice, some small areas needed carpet repair, but overall very nice and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Saw people cleaning and polishing every day. Room was large and comfortable. For the price I think it was a great deal. The layout of the building required a good walk to the room as well as park yourself lot,but not extreme. Some areas of carpet in the hall should be replaced mostly small areas, don't know why they wouldn't have fixed it Nice place for the price.
Pool Staff unfriendly. Not accommodating. Needs updating. Restaurants not great.
The user interface for getting connected to the WiFi was the worst i have experienced compared to the many other hotels at which I've stayed. I walked my device down to the front desk twice to get help where the gentlemen who attempted to help were unsuccessful. I don't know if the server was experiencing because eventually (an hour later) the connection was made, but i needed the connection quickly. I needed to resort to using the computers in the lobby.
Updated and easy to get to Had to pay for wifi- and had a big bug in the shower
I like that it was tucked away from the highway and from any busy streets. The ambiance was very professional; very nice decor; generous sized rooms and very bright lights in the bathroom. Would have been nice to have free wifi.
The area is beautiful, the hotel is massive and very clean. I didn't stay long enough. Checked in at 1am, checked out 10am the next morning.
There wasn't much to like At first when I walked in the room smelt like old dirty gym socks After an overcooked steak and some rather small portions on the dinner menu, the staff in the dining room including the manager were on their phones instead of paying attention to the floor. I went upstairs to sleep where I had a bad reaction to either the towel in the shower or the detergent on the sheets and was rushed to the hospital with an allergic reaction covering most of my neck, chest and shoulders, loss of breath as well. I'm greatful for my wife calling 911 To say the least I wont be back
The hotel is very convenient to where I work. I did like the buffet breakfast. I found the bed and pillows very comfortable. 1. The lighting in the bathroom was very poor. 2. I didn't like that I couldn't turn on a light in the room from the entry way. Only the hall light. Had to go into a dark room to find a lamp by the bed.
Our room was spacious and very clean, hotel staff was friendly and helpful, bed and pillows were comfortable. Coffee was good, I usually dislike hotel coffee but Hyatt had some good coffee. Breakfast buffet could have been a little more exciting. Limited choices and pretty bland.
Great staff very polite , helpful and friendly Bathroom had no pressure
The kitchen is nearly fully stocked This was the best stay I've ever had with my dogs.
Nothing Cumout leaked from midnight , never had this kind issue in any other place
The staff were especially friendly and helpful
Nothing Parking was supposed to be free when I booked and I was charged for parking when I arrived. Our first room smelled of BO. We were moved to an alternative room, which was fine.
The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Proximity to the mall and restaurants is nice. I'd prefer free parking, but who wouldn't?
I've stayed in a lot of Residence Inns during the past 30 years of business and leisure travel and this one was a great pleasurable stay. It started with check-in when Midinah at the desk greeted with such cheerfulness that I thought it was 9:30 AM instead of 9:30 PM. After a tough day of travel, it was nice to get a warm welcome after walking into the lobby. And it was as if she was expecting me when I walked in through the entrance. I was amazed that she could tell that I was going to be a new guest, since I didn't bring any luggage with me during check in. The Health Club was impeccably clean and spacious, which is appreciated. In most other chains, an exercise room is just a closet with with a mirror and some free weights. I like that there is room to move around and to be out other guests' way. Having the five exercise machines was a great sign to guests that this Residence Inn takes the guests need to exercise seriously. The breakfast buffet was well managed and well stocked with cooked staples like eggs, fried pepper and onions and canadian bacon. The adjoining restaurant, Aberdeen, was a hidden gem. It's a Chinese restaurant that serves dim sum all day long. On Yelp.com someone said "I've always heard that if you see Asians eat at an Asian restaurant that the place has got to be good". And it was true when I ate there. The parking is $10 per night and it is a tight squeeze to get around the garage and to park.
The car on block in front of the office. Props go for it being an Acura. I liked the room price. But it came at a price... The ash trays outside of every room. The foul rugs and the dirty bathrooms with hair and spooge every where. Not so savory.
Location was close to my Conference in Tarrytown. Also there is a MALL across the street. The walls are paper thin. Noisy. The Hotel Manager was super attentive. My WIFI disconnected as well. But overall they suck. No phone in the room. I had to download an ALARM CLOCK on my PC(I forgot my I phone) which resulted in Malware infection in my computer. The surge protector for the CABLE TV was faulty, and I had to keep rebooting the CABLE BOX. No blanket on my bed
The pricing Dirty!! Rugs stained and dirty. Bathroom had hair and mold in shower. Toilet not clean...,
