Location was great, the hotel is beautiful. Music at hotel fit the scenario.

I always stay in 5 plus star hotels so i am quite disappointed. 1- I find it hard to believe that a 5 star hotel will have heating problems, we had to get an electric heater for our +/- 400 Eur night room- This is totally unacceptable. especially when you have a toddler in the room and we have to have the extra work of managing that the kid doesn't burn himself as kids move around. My toddler son got a cold as the heating stopped working at night. We come to a 5 start hotel to relax and for nothing else. 2- The phone in our room didn't have the numbers of reception or any service apart from the spa booked into them. I called spa to transfer me to reception - told them about the problem - but the issue was never fixed. - also not a 5 star hotel service. 3- At check out - and this can be verified by checking the camera at the entrance- that in heavy rain, no staff will help a pregnant woman and her family get their things in the taxi on the way out- not even an umbrella was handed as we carried our luggag. The woman at the front desk had no initiative what so ever. This is not a 5 star service. not even a 4 star service- Totally unacceptable. Again check your camera recordings for this Sunday 17 November 2019 around 09:00-11:00 in the morning to verify. 4- 5 star hotel that uses safety pin to hold curtains in the rooms. - This is just first of all unsafe especially with children and unpractical for adults that like our room dimmer in the morning. Over all you have a nice building but let there is still a lot of work to be done - i am very disappointed. I would like to highlight that a very young man named Andre was trying to help us at his level to get things fixed the best way he could - I recommend the hotel management to give value to hard working employees like him who i am sure will have fixed our issued completely if he was higher ranked. - Thank you Andre.
