Amazingly friendly, caring and service minded staff.
Great location, friendly staff, clean. Could use some minor updating such as workout equipment. Trellis Restaurant needs to improve. For the money they serve quantity vs quality. We only ate breakfast. Coffee was good. Staff was friendly but service was mediocre.
In downtown Kirkland so fantastic walk score, friendly staff allowed early check-in. We wanted to go to the Woodinville wineries and the Heathman driver took us out and picked us up later in the day. Overall fantastic service!
The staff was very helpful and it was close to restaurants and shops (not within walking distance to a liquor store) The only request I would have next time would to have a room that is not facing main street.
Bed mattress stiff. $20 porn.
Free Wi-Fi was plenty fast for streaming video. Free paper in the morning. Breakfast was a good spread of both hot and cold options. Nice exercise facility.
Rooms were clean
whirlpool and proximity to interstate and restaurants
Quiet rooms, good location to highway, Kirkland and Redmond.
Well kept, clean room, alert front desk staff, Good value for the money. Location in proximity to Redmond was okay time and traffic-wise.
Clean, friendly, accommodating staff.
Food was good for breakfast. We had been on the road for over a week, so were very thankful for the laundry. They had an overflow room for breakfast, which was good, because a couple of mornings, it was really packed. The breakfast staff was very helpful, cheerful and kept the food stocked. Would be nice if the laundry room were a little bigger with seating. The night clerk seemed a bit off, in that he didn't seem sure if they had luggage carts, or where they might be. We found a couple.
The hotel was very nice and comfortable and I like the valet parking. the location was nice also. After booking a room for 4, we recieved a small room with 1 King, they brought a roll away that was a double and there isn't anyway two of us would fit on a double. When booking the room it said 2 queens or a king. I guess I assumed when they saw that we were bringing 4 people, they'd get us a room that'd fit all of us? After hours of explaining the situation to different hotel staff, they finally switched us to two queens at no additional charge. This was after being told that we booked it as a king through a third party site so really, it's not their fault. My husband got on their website and saw that they offered the exact same room when inputting 4 people. I'd love to see how 4 people could comfortably sleep in a king size bed and one double bed!
Room was clean. TV was nice. Bathroom was OK. I paid extra to have a fridge and microwave and my room did not have those items. Because of that, they gave me Internet for free so the money equaled out.
The motel is very noisy. Not only one can clearly hear the surrounding freeways, but also, due to poor insulation between rooms, tv and conversations from neighbors, not to mention heels on the upper floor. Suggestion: in addition to soap, provide shampoo.
It was Spartan, but okay No shampoo or lotion, few Rowland and broken doorknob
Room was clean and in good condition. Price was very good for the area, albeit very high for a Motel 6. I like the discount at Denny's.... Wi-Fi should have been included (at a price of $2.99/day). Also, it required a pre-paid card and would not accept debit/credit card. Inconvenient.
Pool Near nice restaurants Pretty Eco friendly Could be yet "greener", eg using jam jars rather than plastic tiny dispensors,
Great place ,only complaint was are room being on 3rd floor and only ice machine being at lobby
Breakfast was good and beds were comfortable. Walls were thin
The hotel was nice and close enough to walk to Marymoor Park for our concert. It would have been nice to have some eggs with breakfast.
Fairly quiet, clean. Friendly service. it would be nice to have a couple more outlets at the desk to accomidate both use of computer and people charging their phones. There are other outlets around the room, you can hunt for.
The price The free continental breakfast was not good. I didn't eat it and left to go to a restaurant close by.
I liked the proximity to my family and friends. Our room was pleasant and we enjoyed our window view. Though near Freeway 405, there was little traffic noise. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay again at Comfort Inn in Kirkland. The breakfast room needs to be larger when there's a large crowd, maybe a set-up with TV trays in the lobby. I would have appreciated a whole grain choice for breakfast, like a low-sugar bran muffin.
NO ELEVATOR - with a 90 year old Mother with a walker.
This hotel is definitely under rated. This was my second stay in 2 months. I think they should be rated a minimum of 3.5 stars!
Close to interstate without being able to hear it. Needs a makeover. It's on it's way downhill fast.
Good location Did not get a good rate ---?
Best price deal, older but clean hotel. Hospitality of staff: rated a two. Can the desk person be bothered to say: Hello, how are you? when a guest arrives Can the desk person be bothered to say: Hello, how are you? when a guest arrives Light bulbs
The room was clean and stocked. I had an enjoyable stay.
The pool was nice that's good Television reception in the rooms was horrible the ice machines were filthy and didn't work the hair dryer in the room didn't work and the hotel staff charged me twice for the room
The location and price were great values. Very easy to access from I405. Next to a drug store, gas station, and close to grocery store. The laundry room was a bonus. Breakfast had good selections. Room was clean. Definitely will stay here again.
The wifi at this hotel was terrible. Very slow to connect, and then a terribly slow connection speed. Also, there didn't seem to be an elevator? Luckily I wasn't traveling with a lot of gear this time, but I feel like there should have been warning.
Every hotel and inn should be like this, clean, friendly, with excellent personal service. Bob and Karen have a beautiful inn in a gorgeous setting. I had the best breakfast there. Bob even gave me extra apricot scones to take back home for my husband. He baked them himself. Karen's cookies were also out of this world. I didn't get a chance to try their wine but next time I am in Seattle, will definitely stop by and try some. Nothing
