Positiv: Very kind and helpful crew

Negativ: Boarding process with a wheel chair passenger should be better organized

Positiv: The seat was fairly comfortable. The pilot communicated with the passengers about the reason for the delay, due to mechanical issue.

Negativ: I was not made aware, until I got to the gate and was boarding, that a personal item (that was small enough to easily fit under my seat), would not be allowed on the plane without incurring a $60 Euro charge. Luckily, I was quickly able to squeeze it into my carry-on suitcase. One of the flight attendants wasn't very friendly (young, male, possibly Middle Eastern, French speaking). The other 3 were fine.

Positiv: Quite frankly, I did not like nor was I amazed by the flight overall. The flight was 80 minutes late w/o any giudense by any easyjet airport staff. Passengers were left on their own to figure out things. Gate change w/o enough notice. Easyjet rented another company's airplane. Landing was horrible.

Negativ: Everything should've been planned better.

Negativ: I was disappointed that I had to check my bag. The was carry on friendly and I would have fit it easily into the overhead while fitting my other personal item below. I also missed my flight to Berlin so I wasn’t very happy to begin with. An extra 200 dollars later and I was on the next flight to Berlin.

Negativ: Baggage reclaim very slow

Negativ: Easy Jet is not available to check in on a Kiosk in Venice and you have to go to another floor to find it. Once there the staff were less then helpful and all passengers seemed confused from a total lack of communication. Will not take Easy Jet again if other options are available.

Negativ: We were stuck in the runway for an hour before taking off. I was late for my connection.

Positiv: Staff ok

Negativ: I HOUR DELAY

Positiv: Very little to like flying like this

Negativ: This is a cut rate airline and if that is what you want and nothing else available this is your flight

Negativ: Check in war sehr schlecht und auf dem Flug bekam man nicht mal einen Schluck Wasser gratis... Einfach unglaublich wie schlecht der Service war.

Positiv: Nothing No leg room was charged 60 eu for bent 2 kg over on baggage. Was told then I’d have to pay another 60 eu for my under-seat bag even though I had no such issue on my flight to Barcelona The seats are miserably small and don’t even recline. Worst airline I have ever flown Staff was rude

Positiv: The flight was short

Negativ: My seat was sagging in from use. And some men were standing in the aisle, talking loudly and laughing while I was trying to nap. The staff did nothing about it.

Negativ: Too many passengers taking oversized cases on flight. As a result delays whilst luggage was removed into the hold

Negativ: My first time on easyjet & it was not easy.

Positiv: Crew amazing, seats poor

Positiv: Ich konnte mein Handgepäck auch wirklich in den Flieger nehmen. (In 9/10 Fällen wird es dann doch eingecheckt.)

Positiv: The flight stewards and stewardesses were polite and nice.

Negativ: Easyjet always overbooks and was late leaving causing us to get in at 1:30am on a flight that was supposed to leave at 9:35pm. They overbook and forced us to out our carry ons in the hold, further delaying us when we landed and had to run to catch the last train out of Gatwick. Their one bag only policy is rubbish. Even Ryanair allows a carry on and laptop bag. This forces customers to have to overstuff their carry ons. The only way to get an extra bag is to pay, and over my dead body am I paying for what every other airline provides free of charge. If I have to extoll the virtues of Ryanair on here, you know you're doing something wrong. The ground staff is absolutely rude and had an altercation with my partner over checking our bags, only to find out they don't even represent Easyjet! So they clearly don't care about customer service since the airline isn't even employing them. Please have staff who are trained to deal with customers support you and who actually work for your airline, otherwise, why would they care?! I will try and avoid flying with Easyjet if at all possible. Garbage policies, constant lateness and terrible ground staff.

Positiv: Being able to check in quickly and weigh and tag my own luggage.

Negativ: Took too long to board the plane. Didn’t like that the only persons picked on for hand luggage was a husband and wife in there mid 70’s. But eventually they were allowed to bring on their hand luggage.

Positiv: 60 Wartezeit im Flugzeug, weil Luftraum am Ziel verstopft war...erst dann konnten wir starten, bevor über Gatwick wieder Warteschleifen gedreht wurden... Crew wsr aber sehr nett....

Negativ: on easy jet, if you do it check in online 34 hours before the flight you get bumped to standby. This is not made clear in any emails or confirmations. Despite purchasing a ticket in advance I almost missed my flight because I checked in at the airport.

Positiv: I was expecting EasyJet to run late and the crew to be overworked and rude, but they were like Southwest Airlines in the USA, very nice and on-time.

Negativ: This applies to all airlines: crack down on travelers trying to bring to much cabin luggage! Also, travelers should have to first use the bin space above their seat before using some other bin space. Many people in the back of plane cram their cabin luggage into the first bins they see so they don't have to carry it from the back.

Positiv: Everything went smoothly.

Positiv: Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit wie immer. Der Komfort war für die Kurzstrecke und den Flugpreis angemessen. Eine unserer Taschen musste im Frachtraum verstaut werden, weil der Flug voll war, das ging unproblematisch und kostenlos. Wir hatten sie dann auch schnell wieder. Flug war überpünktlich in London.

Negativ: Es gab einige Verwirrung, da SXF auf den Monitoren die falsche Flugzeit der Flugnummer zugeordnet hatte. Dazu gab's dann im Flugzeug eine Entschuldigung aber vorher im Flughafen keine Durchsage oder ähnliches.
