Positiv: Personal was friendly and helpful. Check in was fully automated and the personal helped us with it, since was new to us. Plane was clean and toilets were cleaned during the flight.

Negativ: There was no free meal and drinks. Usually for flights above 2h you have to get free water at least. Seats are very tight and uncomfortable. Not enough space for the legs.

Negativ: The flight was awesome. Keep the good work.

Negativ: crew was not friendly, i had to ask for water many times, usually water person walk the aisle. food was terrible. other carriers food were better

Negativ: Half the screens were not working - crew were made aware but nothing was done. Vegetarian choices were poor to non-existent ; I witnessed crew insist to a passenger that there were no vegetarian options! They finally cobbled something together for him but not a pleasant experience

Negativ: My boyfriend and I were required to gate check our carry-on luggage which required us to go through customs in Paris to get to our bag and re-enter security for our connecting international flight. I am unsure why this was the case as other passengers brought the same size luggage. Very upsetting.

Negativ: Very long check-in line which went very slow because they charge for printing boarding passes and many people did not have theirs printed, leading to confusion. The fact that they charge for this is pretty ridiculous and scammy--I'm pretty sure they do it just to pull money from people who don't know any better. This information should be more readily available.

Negativ: Connection was awful. Boarding was a mess. My luggage never arrived to Kiev. 12 hours after it hasn't even been located. Tomorrow I continue my trip and have no clue if how and when I will get my luggage. Seems like I might be 4 days without it. AND NOBODY CARES...

Negativ: Beide Flüge von Eurowings hatten Verspätung. 20 und 45 Min. Das Platzangebot ist sehr eingeschränkt.

Positiv: The crew was good. They were friendly and efficient. One did forget to return with a promised coffee but she apologized when I spoke of it to her.

Negativ: 1. no air conditioning until the plane was in the air. It was STIFLING on the runway. 2. no power sockets to charge devices

Negativ: Nothing. The plane was clean, everything was on time, and everyone was polite and professional.

Positiv: I had a nice exit row seat and the plane had a good selection of entertainment.

Negativ: flights were delayed significantly and in Tbilisi the staff did not show up until about 10 minutes before the plane was supposed to depart. Crew had not been inside the new airport and could not answer questions about transfers.

Positiv: Seat was comfortable and the extra care package and warm towels were a plus. The food was good too.

Negativ: At abudhabi there was no sitting available, while waiting for connecting flight, and saw people spitting in the airport lounge, it was unsanitary. Why ethihad donot enforce cleanliness in the lounge.

Positiv: Efficient well groomed staff, thoughtful amenities such as baby seat belts & toiletry kit containing toothbrushes. Palatable tasty cuisine.

Negativ: On time.

Negativ: Very tight seating in the double decker near the rear particularly for a six hour flight. Food and drink were very good and check -in clerk got us on an earlier flight. Only complaint really was the lack of any leg room.

Negativ: Leg room is laughable and charging $65 to check a bag is ridiculous.

Positiv: Fell asleep and didn’t even realise. Finnair is very friendly and the staff are super nice. I was very thirsty and asked for two cups of water instead of one and the lady was not hesitant to give me two cups in quick succession. Very good air company

Negativ: Nothing really too bad, you get what you expected. May of been nice to have a free sandwich as it’s a non stop flight - this is because Lufthansa has one stopover and offers a free sandwich and drink.

Negativ: After I got in my seat an Islamic lady came and said that I was in her seat. I looked at her ticket and while it was the right seat number, she was on the wrong flight. I got a stewardess to help her. She had gone through 3 boarding pass checks and was still on the wrong flight. They let her fly!

Positiv: Check in is easy. Everything went smoothly. Food is like a roll stuffed with chicken and sauce. Really good actually. Kinda like a mini chicken bake from Costco They also have arcade games and a remote

Negativ: 50 min delay so I missed my connection

Negativ: Seems like a simple thing but they should give Lao immigration paperwork out to passengers. No reason to not do this simple courtesy that all the other airlines do.

Positiv: The flight was smooth despite bouts of turbulence. The crew ensured everyone was strapped in and the pilot made a prior announcement before flight take-off. Most Pilots don’t.

Negativ: The check-in process took extremely Long as there were only two counters open. The boarding process was a joke. Despite the announcement to board by rows, there was no enforcement whatsoever and it was free for all.

Positiv: Everything worked

Negativ: You can choose your seat but when you pay you can choose a seat and I don’t like this

Negativ: Unfair policy of no outside food, treating its customers in a captive state; cabin is dirty with little cleaning work done. Won't fly if it were not cheap.

Negativ: I didn't realise I was going to be in such a poor airline after booking through the Singapore Airlines website. There was hardly any space, food options were limited, there was no entertainment, they even charged for water! Equal worst airline with jetstar
