Positiv: Smooth boarding and checking in.
Negativ: Seats that can go backwards/recline more. Sleeping is a bit of a challenge.

Negativ: No included meal service, no warm meals. Row 33 on graph showed a row 34, but 33 was the last one with no room, not even an inch to recline the seat. This was unexpected and not appreciated for a long flight. Media had poor sound and a lot of really old movies
Negativ: We had to leave our surfboard bag @ our departing airport because they said it was too big to fit into a 787 international aircraft. I’m a pilot, this is a huge lie.
Negativ: They took too long for check in. The crew was confused
Positiv: We were downgraded from our Business class tickets to Economy Plus because the flight was overbooked. The journey and services were poor. This is for a business class passengers who paid full fair.
Negativ: All problems mentioned above needs to be fixed. We are not flying BA again. We are done with you
Negativ: Need some more and better inflight movies
Negativ: The flight was delayed by three hours; not sure how to fix that but it was annoying. For some reason the arm rests in the middle of the seats would not go fully back and I felt like the flight attendants were talking down to me. They also could have been having a bad day too with the flight. :/
Positiv: The plane was almost empty, I had a whole row for myself (albeit with very limited legroom)
Negativ: Can't comment on food as it isn't provided with the basic fare.
Positiv: The crew was nice, seats were comfortable.
Negativ: I didn’t appreciate the surprise of having to pay $50 Euros to bring my bike, which then required I leave the baggage drop off line, go to customer service to pay, return to the baggage line to pick up my bag and boarding pass, and then go to the special luggage handling line.
Positiv: Die Crew war ganz o.k.
Negativ: Mein Gepäck würde aus einem mir unbekannten Grund nach Madrid geliefert. Obwohl Eurowings das mittlerweile schon seit min. einen Tag weiss, waren sie unfähig dies bis jetzt nachzuliefern! Trotz abgeschlossener Reiseversicherung, weiss ich nicht, ob ich eine Entschädigung hierfür bekomme!

Negativ: Late departure. Rush to connect.
Negativ: They check for everything in the counter as if it was a low cost airline. If you go a kilo more over your baggage allowance you have to pay 100 eur. And for your cabin luggage you only have 12 kg that they check you twice and they have security staff at the airport specifically check in this.
Positiv: Checkin 1a at Schiphol had long lines, and no seperate counters for just bag drop. My family and I had to wait for 50 mins, to do a bag drop which in,y lasted 1 min! Flight was delayed, without proper announcements.
Negativ: Seat pitch could've been more. At least let us know via Whatsapp that the plane is delayed, or at which belt the bags would come out. This basic info was lacking.

Negativ: My suitcase wasn’t in the plane. 8 hours in the plane and no one offered us water. We had to look for flight attendant. Entertainment wasn’t great not too many choices and quality of screens was poor
Negativ: 8 von 10 Flüge mit dieser Airline hatten Verspätung. Inklusive mehrstündiges rumsitzen im flieger nach dem boarding ohne angabe von gründen. selbst wenn aus einem kurzen routineflug eine 6-stündige tortur wird gibt es keine verpflegung an board. gratis ist nur wasser, kaffee und tee.
Negativ: they want to take extra money because i had a small bag from Duty free!!!!

Negativ: It's harassing a student International passenger at the boarding gate just for a small size bag . They did not allow to take the bag or pay cash or even debit card. she is student and does not have credit card,had to throw the bag and take goods in poly bag . It's ridiculous frustrating & adamant

Negativ: updated movie library, better handling of boarding for priority customers.
Positiv: Very comfortable business class. Amazing food prepared on board. Flight crew was very pleasant, helpful and professional. The business class lounge in Istanbul was amazing as well, 2 stories tall with food, drink and entertainment everywhere. Golf simulator, slot cars etc!!!
Negativ: Check in process was more disorganized than most business class .
Positiv: I had a nice exit row seat and the plane had a good selection of entertainment.
Negativ: flights were delayed significantly and in Tbilisi the staff did not show up until about 10 minutes before the plane was supposed to depart. Crew had not been inside the new airport and could not answer questions about transfers.
Positiv: Seats were confortable, new plane, the crew was attentive, food was great.
Negativ: Need to update the movie library, the category with the new movies is probably a year or morw old.

Negativ: They make you check your carryon bag and charge $64 For it.That’s a rip-off. Seats were not comfortable.
Negativ: The first leg Chicago to Iceland was uncomfortable due to the seats for some reason. From Iceland to London seats were much more comfortable. Iceland employees are the most friendly and helpful airline people I have ever dealt with.
Positiv: Crew was not welcoming. Food was not good. Seats were horrible.

Positiv: One crew member was very good but all were not very available or checking on people. I had a seat that I purchased and it was very hard to recline I only found out that it did if fact recline it the last hour to hour and a half of the trip! It was a difficult push back to get it to recline
Negativ: If I knew how to recline my seat earlier. I did try several times
