Negativ: The flight was perfect, easy on, easy off, on time, smooth comfortable flight.
Positiv: The seat was broken, The temperature was freezing and despite asking 3 staff members nothing happened to sort out the situation.
Negativ: several thinkd as above
Negativ: Told us to pick up stroller in Dublin. Get there and we are told that is not possible. Of course we not have arrived at our final destination without said stroller. Seats are on the pitiful side of the spectrum and gets a bit old being nickled and dimed for drinks, sodas, food. . .
Positiv: Good food
Negativ: We arrived late to Dublin because of weather and we’re going to miss our connection to Leeds so they rerouted us via Manchester but our bags, though tagged “Rush” did not make it on the new flight and we were without them for five days! we still had to get to Leeds so we had to pay for train tickets
Negativ: 2 hour window for transfers
Positiv: Food was really good and no delays. Entertainment also really good.
Negativ: Can't really think about something.

Positiv: Seat was comfortable and the extra care package and warm towels were a plus. The food was good too.

Negativ: Crew could be trained for better service, most all were rude and annoyed that they were there.

Negativ: Our bags were lost, no apologies (in fact, the phone was put down on me twice), when the bags were returned after 24 hours, one was damaged and had to be replaced at my expense....no chance of a refund. My family and I will NEVER TRAVEL WITH AER LINGUS AGAIN....the worst airline in the world

Negativ: All food and drinks for a cost. I had to run to make it to my gate which was quite a distance and a shuttle ride away.

Negativ: Flight was late. Ground crew were atrocious and lost passengers and then insisted on counting the whole plane twice (as they got it wrong the first time). The flight was delayed by 4hrs in total and then Aerlingus denied compensation was due. Appalling performance
Negativ: WHEN i ARRIVED AT AIRPORT ON JUNE 3,2019 TRUKISH STAFF TOLD ME YOUR FLIGHT IS NOT CONFIRMED BUT MY FLIGHT WAS CONFIRMED.I AM VERY UPSET BECAUSE I AM DISABLED AND LOW VISION.I THINK THIS IS TOATLY WRONG.20 MAY I WAS SICK TRUKISH AIRLINES CANCELED MY FLIGHT BECAUST I WAS SICK.
Positiv: The service was great, crew was sweet and accommodating, food was good
Negativ: Seats were a bit uncomfortable...but what do you expect after an 11 hour and 20 minute flight?
Positiv: Turkish Airlines is my favorite airline going to Europe. We even did the 20 hr layover in Istanbul and had a great time staying for a couple of nights going and coming back. Staff is always friendly and the food is amazing. The food in coach is as good as first class on some US domestic flights
Negativ: It's an airplane, there's not much to make it better besides giving more seat room. TA gives free drinks, a couple of meals, blankets, and the travel bag, only a snobby priss would gripe about flying with them. I've flown enough budget airlines that give you NOTHING that I love flying TA!
Positiv: Some crew was attentive, others were not. Piloting was good
Negativ: Upgraded seats in the planes, especially business class, seats did not work properly or recline all the way, very uncomfortable. Food was mediocre at best, movie library needs updating. I'm also not sure why an older model of this aircraft is used on such a long haul flight.

Positiv: one of the worst airlines I have traveled on. Will never fly air lingus in my life.
Positiv: It was a quick, short flight.
Negativ: My bags did not make the connection, which is crazy considering I was in Dublin for about 7 hours. It was not a quick layover, and my bags should have been on the plane with me.
Positiv: I liked the fact that Aer Lingus screwed up so badly that I got to fly United back to Chicago instead of Aer Lingus.
Negativ: They could have gotten us to and from our destination on time. Ten hours late coming in and 24 hours late getting out. They could not have lost our luggage for 5 days. The logistics people haven't a clue. I feel sorry for the customer service people who have to work for this organization.
Positiv: Easy boarding, short flight
Negativ: Free water at least would have been nice.
Negativ: Crew could have been more interested. Seat could have reclined and gone upright properly.
Positiv: Ordinary flight, no food (though International it operates like Domestic Travel).
Negativ: Boarding is extremely weird for Air Lingus. Causes problems when there is no proper order.
Positiv: On a 7 hour flight you want comfort. It was so smooth and easy. Watched movies, read, just relaxed. I've flown with Aer lingus before and it was just as amazing. I will ALWAYS use Are Lingus when I fly to the UK or Ireland and Shannon is a Gem of an airport. Most amazing airport I have ever been to!
Positiv: Crews were rude without caring, it was a significantly delayed flight so that is just terrible experience
