Negativ: I fid not go to Amstredam because i lost my flight. Noregiean airlines was late. I went to London.

Positiv: Nothing.

Negativ: Food was not offered. Boarding was chaotic. Took off later than expected because of the chaotic boarding.

Negativ: Kiwi booked only 15kg bags instead of the paid 20kg bag on my booking confirmation. We had to pay an extra 90 Euro. It ruined our morning.

Negativ: The flight was delayed with very little information given by the crew. There was a 15 min delay getting off due to there being no airbridge and no information from the crew. There was very little legroom. The seat in front was broken and kept collapsing on my legs

Negativ: Delays meaning I missed my train in Gatwick and wont be home before 1am. Crew was not exactly nice either

Negativ: We were impressed with this airline. Service was prompt, airplane was clean, and staff was friendly.

Positiv: We knew that the gate would close 15-30min early since we traveled to Europe before. We also knew that checkin differs from American standards-you get a few minutes notice to board or get left behind.

Negativ: Warn travelers of exorbitant check bag fees. It's ok to pay 120 euro if you know you brought a lot of clothes for comfort, but if it's a surprise expense, not so fun.

Positiv: The crew was very friendly and helpful.

Negativ: The seats were incredibly cramped - felt like the seat back in front of me was right in my face!

We arrived at the airport 2 hours before our flight and we were told we could not complete our check in process as it was only available online. The flight had delayed 1 hour and we still payed 110 euro. The crew had very rude attitude. This was the first time flying with Ryanair and it was a complete disaster. I believe it is unacceptable to pay for something that it was not my mistake and I except to receive a response from you soon.

Negativ: Travelers need to be informed better about Ryanair's baggage restrictions.

Positiv: Fast process when we landed and staff were really good - patient and friendly (on the flight)

Negativ: Priority queue was the longest! Had to help mother with baby and pram down stairs to bus for flight. Feel they should have been given help and real priority

Negativ: Very unorganised, one person checking in luggage, long queues, two flights mixed together. The boarding gate was really badly organised, passengers being held in a very small space to wait for a bus, the buses were late. Priority boarding wasn’t being checked so everyone was being sent through into the holding space which was about 3 metres by 7 metres standing room only. The plane was late.

Positiv: Nicht viel

Negativ: I paid for travel insurance yet I still had to pay Ryanair 55euro for not being able to check in before my flight as checking in with momondo would not work!

Negativ: Flight was too noisy, There were three Spanish couples with children that did not cared about other passengers, leaving their children running about, and changing places among themselves, shouting, and annoying others. The airline should impose rules for these types of passengers.

Positiv: The crew was efficient in everything it did.

Negativ: THe seats are cramped and we spent the entire two hour flight listening to the flight crew trying to sell: alcohol, cigarettes, scratch off tickets, and duty free items. I’m not taking a plane to go shopping, and the fact that we were asked to buy 4 different types of items in 2 hours was excessive.

Positiv: Arrived in time

Negativ: Having to walk and wait is not the way to run an airline. We even paid extra for priority and there is no difference Ryan should learn from Southwest Airlines.

Positiv: On boarding the plane was dirty. My daughters seat had food droppings on it which needed to brushed off before she could sit. We then had the worst landing we have ever experienced. Scary.

Negativ: A clean plane for passengers. An explanation to why the landing was so inept.

Negativ: Was told I needed to check my bag when there was plenty of overhead space once we boarded the plane. The entire zone system seems to be fake, as they boarded zone 1 and then went to all zones, skipping 2 & 3.

Positiv: Flug angenehm, Personal freundlich.

Negativ: Leider verspätet los geflogen und lange auf´s Boarding gewartet.

Positiv: The prices were ok. I’m short (5,4) so I can’t complain about the leg space. The cabin crew were pleasant, I can’t say the same about al the workers in the airport, ruining your mood before a holiday is slack - especially after

Negativ: Not all of your staff are polite, I’m not sure if it is because we were in a country that does not accept or respect people of “colour” but I could see that there was definitely a heavy line of different treatment to other races - sadly from a very well known brand. I did feel the luggage prices were slightly tacky, and extra for on cabin prices. Also, cleanliness is clearly not a priority for all either.

Positiv: Crew were very attentive. Seats usual Ryan Air not the most comfortable seats. Boarded FIRST as was special assistance which is much better than being boarded last with everybody looking at you & no room for hand luggage at your seat so having to get somebody to place it further down plane.

Negativ: My special assistance required lift off plane which didn't happen so I along with people on crutches had to try negotiate way down steps in the wind & rain.

Negativ: I pre booked and paid for an isle seat and was given a window seat. The plane was so hot and had no air-con, the people I were sat next to kept asking the girls to put it on but they didn’t

Negativ: Not making my connection due to plane delay, poor boarding processes, long Lufthansa lines, and slow customer service. Couldn't make my connecting flight or the flight after that because they were over booked. Then was sent to Brussels with a 4 hour layover, and missed my Saturday interview at 4 pm. Then the Brussels Airlines flight was delayed. Never again.

Positiv: The crew were truly great as I had an extremely difficult flight due to tremendous pain in my knees. Coach economy are way too narrow, even if I paid for preferred seating. A joke. Cldnt move. So uncomfortable.

Negativ: Boardingvwas delayed so we left a good 50 minute late. Ran out of meal choice so we had to eat what they had left which was pasta that was too spicy for me anyway. I was very disappointed bec I preferred chicken but there were none left.

Positiv: A380 is amazing plane. Sat top deck in back, had two seats on the side. Very Comfortable, plenty of room for bags (but not big bags) Service was great.

Negativ: I'm a little bit of a nervous flyer. I sat in the top deck in the back, very comfortable, but be warned the plane is much more turbulent in the top deck in the back.

Negativ: We sat on the plane for 1 hour without moving anywhere as there was a discrepancy with the numbers they thought they had and the list (or something). When we were cleared for take off we then had to get in a massive queue before we could leave.

Positiv: Nothing. I never took a flight so bad in my life.

Negativ: They could have another line to the people that couldn’t make check-in online, but they prefere to charge you a amount of $55,00 euros. Me and my husband tried to do the check-in online but the system was out off service and than when we tried again, 2 hour before departure, it was no possible
