Sonst konnte man Film und Unterhaltung im Händy oder schauen Tablet herunterladen.Brauchst einfach gute Batterien dafür es gab keine Auflade Möglichkeiten, nur am Airport."

It was only at the end of the flight when I was desperate for water that I discovered I could get some tap water from a flight attendant."

Negativ: "Rental car I paid for on Allegiant website didn't include $50 in airport and sales taxes making it look like the Allegiant rentals were about the same as renting directly from rental car companies. Problem is that Allegiant didn't include taxes in the quote or amount I paid online. Surprise when I got to my destination and was told it would be $50 more. Alamo agent said I wasn't the first person to have that problem. Then on return my bag was damaged and was told I could place a claim at the ticket counter. It would have been helpful to have an agent there or a way to contact an agent. No such luck. After bag charges, poor service and hidden fees Allegiant isn't really a great deal."

The lady behind the counter said I could not check my luggage that the only way for it to get on the plane was to take it through the TSA checkpoint. They confiscated everything in my bag that was over 3oz which was quite a bit of stuff hence the reason why I was trying to check it in. I will not be flying Allegiant air again."

Negativ: "I didn't take too kindly to the Service Agents on the ground. The Service Agent in San Antonio wasn't very accommodating or supportive to my needs. I had a problem that needed resolved and instead of diligently helping me, she would turn to another customer, totally ignore my concerns and speak Spanish with this other woman. When I was at the counter first, not the other woman. The Service Agent in Orland on my way back was rude as well. She gave my Mom and I attitude about my luggage being overweight. Told us to pay the $50 or figure it out. We had expressed already paying the $18 to check the luggage to begin with and wanted to see if that amount could be included in the $50. The Service Agent scoffed at us and turned up her nose. Great air service, horrible ground service."

Negativ: "Damage to checked baggage from Mesa to SGF. A quality, thick, hard-sided suitcase developed a crack in the side. Abnormal pressure would have had to be applied to cause this type of damage. Cheaper or soft-sided luggage would have experienced damage to the contents. Unfortunately, I did not check the luggage before leaving the airport to file a complaint."

Strange Air Conditioning issues mid-flight that turned the plane into a walk-in freezer. upon landing our entire flights bags were abandoned and there wasn't a single Allegiant representative in the airport to communicate with the airport baggage people. After 1.5 hour wait our bags were finally offloaded onto the baggage claim by an airport employee not normally tasked with the job. Allegiant was paged over and over with no response. I will NEVER fly Allegiant again."

(If I leaned back on the backrest it would collapse/fold up. I learned I had to lean forward to keep it up.) Everyone was very accommodating and very helpful! At the Provo Airport they gave me a regular wheelchair and I showed them how to remove the lithium battery, remove and stow the joystick and how to fold my chair. No drinks or snacks unless you pay for them. On arrival I waited for everyone else to exit but also took advantage of the lavatory to relieve my bladder ;-). They were waiting trying to unfold my chair. I gave them instructions to step there and lift on the arms and up it went! I showed them where the joystick was, they pulled it out and connected it to the arm, put the battery in the bag, plugged it in, zipped up the bag and I pressed the green button and Voila! it was done! Thank you to the Awesome Allegiant Crew!"
