Negativ: The plane was dirty... inside doors gross....a cup of coffee would have been nice or even water...it seemed like a constant sales pitch...felt bad for the crew...it was a huge value...but would have paid a bit more for just a few conveniences
Positiv: There was nothing that I liked about Ryanair airlines
Negativ: A kiosk center will be easier for check in at the airport. People would not miss their flight or complain about crowdiness. Paying for a boarding pass in absurd. If a person paid for their flight they should not have to pay for a boading pass. The Ryanair App has technical difficulties

Negativ: Check In mühsam, Gepäckstag beim Self Check In zum selbst ausdrucken, danach erst wieder anstellen, 2 Check in Agents, welche überfordert waren, pünktliches Einsteigen, dann 20 min warten im Flieger - Gepäck wurde erst eingeladen (war beim Check in schon klar, dass sich das nicht ausgehen kann), Snack dürftig und nicht erwähnenswert - Käsesandwich nähert sich der Grösse eines Tapas an, Wahnsinn, aber da dürfte man seitens der Fluglinie sparen/Gewinne machen können??? ...
Positiv: Attendants and counter staff all super friendly, seats were comfortable with decent leg room, frequent beverage and snack offerings, and a nice selection of entertainment at the seat.
Negativ: Vegetarian hot meal option was a little strange, but not terrible.

Negativ: Our flight was delayed three hours for no readily apparent reason. The food served on-board was inedible. When it was finally time to land, we briefly touched down before going back up into the air and circling for an additional half hour because another plane was at our gate. The quick up-and-down caused at least two passengers near me to vomit. I’ll try my best to avoid Eurowings in the future.

Negativ: I booked my flight on the 5th of July, an email was sent to me stating that the boarding pass will be sent within 4 hours, it wasn't sent to me. I tried checking in on the website, it gave me an error message that online checkin ended on the 4th of July. when i went to the airport, they asked me to pay a checkin fee, and when I told the staff member about my issue she said she needed proof, I couldn't pull mu email out at that moment to show her and the flight was almost there. so i paid €55. I would appreciate a refund

Negativ: Marginally confusing online check in instructions. Gate attendant wasn’t helpful and tried to charge us 55 euro to check in. Everything is ala carte but I understood that when buying the ticket. Flight was more than 1 hr late. Gate attendant was rude and gave wrong information. Boarding process was not well managed. Made it to destination with bags.

Positiv: The legroom on the plane was good. The canin crew very friendly and service good. Flight was generally very comfortable.
Negativ: The flight was delayed for over an hour which was difficult as we I’d a connecting flight to catch.
Negativ: Wieso lässt man auf einem Nachtflug die komplette Zeit die Vollbeleuchtung an? Unerklärlich! Sitze bei Ryanair wie immer unbequem - aber das weiß man ja vorher. Dass es keine Verpflegung an Bord gibt auch. Pilot hat sich nicht vorgestellt und generell war der Flug sehr ungemütlich. Verspätung von über 1 1/2 Stunden!
Positiv: The fact that I had more legroom than I expected was surprising.
Negativ: The staff were super rude, forgot my food TWICE. Boarding took ages, and once inside the plane, they took a long time to get on the runway. Food was terrible, the bread was hard as rock. IFE has some relatively new films, but the screen is very small. The screen has terrible quality, and honestly makes the flight excruciatingly boring if you don’t have other sources of entertainment.

Negativ: The aircraft was not full. Passengers were staggered, but not staggered enough. People were assigned aisle seats (normally a good thing), but the person in front of me kept her seat fully reclined, squashing me in and making the 10 hr flight most uncomfortable. No soap in one of the lavs

Negativ: The space between seats was just microscopic. I’m 6ft tall and I really had a bad time in those 2h30, all twisted and unconfortable.
Positiv: First flight on Air Europa biz class to AMS. Easy check in. Great lounge st Madrid with plenty of food/drinks. Leather seats with blocked middle seat. FAs were friendly and efficient. Landed ahead of time. Bags were first off. Great value with these services

Negativ: My checked luggage for which i paid an extra $100 has been damaged to a point where 2 out of the 4 weels are about to fall. I don't know in which of the two flights it happened since my luggage was transfered during the layover.
Positiv: Liked that the flight was not full and therefore could use 3 seats to stretch a bit. Modern plane and smooth flight. Cheap!
Negativ: Tight leg space. No food or drinks besides water. Sits could be more padded. My screen didn't allow me to order food or drinks. It was broken and there was no effort from the crew to offer to get at least a menu or pay with my visa for even a cup of coffee. I could have gone to the middle area to deal with it but it was not worth the effort. Not the most pleasing crew IMO. Just doing their jobs.
Positiv: A nice comfortable plane and there was plenty of room to stretch out as it was less than a quarter full
Negativ: Flight was delayed by 90 minutes and switched gates so we had to wait extra long in the crowded airport then missed our connecting flight in Oslo as a result and had to wait another 4 hrs for the next one. No Food or drink on the plane unless you buy it and Checked bags are very expensive.
Positiv: I got a whole row to myself which was awesome.
Negativ: More options for movies to watch
Positiv: Flight was good. Seats were comfy and spacious on this flight. Food wasn’t included on the flight as I didn’t upgrade my tickets but I rather pay for the food then pay more for the ticket. Overall I had a great first experience flying Norwegian.
Negativ: It would be nice if for long hauls they would at least offer something to drink.
Positiv: The comfort of the premium seats
Negativ: Unable to order still water through their tablet system, it says water was unavailable , so we kept having to go up and ask staff. I mentioned it to the staff and he said I had to order it through the tablet but then I mentioned it was broken. Still he didn't have the sense to followup to see how he could rectify it. They gave us a cup at a time and didn't ask if we wanted larger portions.

Positiv: Once aboard the plane, all went well and I experienced excellent service from the cabin attendants.
Negativ: The flight was delayed (again!) for some 40 minutes and I was worried that I would miss my connection flight in Atlanata. Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!
Positiv: Boarding agent extra effort to improve my seating!

Positiv: I did like Flying with Delta and Air France but not with Ukrainian airlines (when booking , it should tell you what airlines will be used , to make a better selection )
Negativ: When I purchased my flight ticket , I purchased with a checked bag (23 kg /50 #) how ever ( who will fly to Ukraine with a 10kg suitcase) I booked for a KLM flight , they used (partener airlines ) when I arrived to LA I flew with Delta , they checked my Suitcase at no cost all the way to my final destinations , that was expected ! When I was going to return , they made me payed 120 dollars ( in Kiev , Ukraine (UIA) , I was very disappointed and I really will love an explanation about all this !
Negativ: My entertainment device did not work the entire flight.
Positiv: On time, staff was nice.
Negativ: Not many options and not even a glass of champagne. That’s a minimal requirement. No sparkling water. Just very limited

Negativ: Everything was incredibly poor. Flight was delayed, entertainment was outdated and the airport staff were rude.
Positiv: Most of the crew tired especially hard to keep everyone comfortable and safe. The food was absolutely amazing.
Negativ: Other members of the crew were snarky to passengers and dismissive of questions from passengers during the early stages of the delay. We were all trapped on board for about 4 or so hours without much communication from the crew or captain which made me very anxious. We arrived 5 hrs late and it put my whole trip in jeopardy. Based on this experience, I eont be inclined to use this airline again for future trip planning. This airline will need to work hard to earn my trust back because i felt physically and emotionally unsafe throughout the experience, many times.

Positiv: Ryanair is different...the crew sells perfume and lottery tickets during the flight.
Negativ: The board in BUD said flight was delayed...no gate info. Then I noticed people in the area frantically getting up...witching 5 min there was no gat to a message that said boarding...last call! We frantically got to our gate which was a large metal pole building...where we stood for 30 plus minutes.
Positiv: When you lose your phone in the business class seat and a technician goes to find it once you land in Zurich and the day that it has miraculously disappeared there isn’t much to like at all about Swiss Airlines. Swiss Airlines isn’t going to hear the end of this is they don’t agree to replace my son’s phone. My husband is a lawyer and we are prepared to bring this to the public.
Negativ: My son dropped his phone in business class seat and the ground staff technician claimed it wasn’t there. Theft at its best! Swiss Air better take responsibility for their shady staff and agree to replace my don’s Phone promptly or we will take this to the public eye and courts. I’m sure we could get a big class action suit.
Positiv: They had many snacks and meals. And the meals were very good. Staff was very friendly.
Negativ: Seating is very uncomfortable and small. Really limited on space if seat is reclined in front of you.
Negativ: Crew was rude and slow
Positiv: This was a 12 hour flight that didn’t feel like 12 hours. They movies and other entertainment was very good with new and older movies that didn’t disappoint. The food was great all the way through to the farewell piece of chocolate.
Negativ: The seats on this flight were very tight. I am 5’8 and felt super cramped. The seats themselves were not that bad just small and not a lot of space. If you fly with them don’t expect to kee anything under the seat with you. Also the whole boarding process is a big cluster! There is no real organization to the line or who they are boarding. Make sure you get in the line quickly or you could be waiting awhile.
Positiv: The crew was very friendly. Family line was nice when travelled with the little ones.
Negativ: I It will be helpful if the Gate information available within 6 hours of the flight. We don't have gate information and our flight within 3.5 hours. But overall wonderful experience.
Positiv: My seat was next to bathrooms when everyone start using it start smelling too much very uncomfortable sitting there. Food chicken was very salted, they run out of drinks 10 hours flight dinner served at begging no snacks or anything till 2 hours before landing
Negativ: At least air fresheners in bathrooms or something better so passengers can sit comfortably

Negativ: We called the day before to ask about baggage and was told was included in price of ticket. Only to get to airport and be told was not included and cost 95 euro per bag. absolutely unacceptable and will warn all future associates that travel to Portugal
Positiv: I am used to traveling continents with other companies. There has always been 2 check in bags allowed with no extra charge as long as you are under 23kg on each. I get to the airport with my 2 bags ready, TAP tells me on large holidays, they only allow 1 bag to be checked to my specific african destination until January 11. And that one bag will cost me $120. They will not let me have the second one. Who does that? How much sense is this supposed to have. I checked with others and they do not do that. Never again they will see me.
Negativ: TAP's stupid rules against my destination. Not faire!
Positiv: First time flying with TAP PORTUGAL and it was a great experience
