Positiv: I paid extra to allocate seat upon booking. When I went to check in I was asked to pay for seats again. We then had to sit separately. Upon boarding we were asked to pay £25 each for our hand luggage - even though we fly every month with Ryanair back and forth and have never paid before. Rude staff

Negativ: Staff could be taught customer service skills. and stop taking more and more money off people but advertise as cheap flights because they arent. We have vowed never to use Ryan air again.

Positiv: Fast process when we landed and staff were really good - patient and friendly (on the flight)

Negativ: Priority queue was the longest! Had to help mother with baby and pram down stairs to bus for flight. Feel they should have been given help and real priority

We arrived at the airport 2 hours before our flight and we were told we could not complete our check in process as it was only available online. The flight had delayed 1 hour and we still payed 110 euro. The crew had very rude attitude. This was the first time flying with Ryanair and it was a complete disaster. I believe it is unacceptable to pay for something that it was not my mistake and I except to receive a response from you soon.

Positiv: The prices were ok. I’m short (5,4) so I can’t complain about the leg space. The cabin crew were pleasant, I can’t say the same about al the workers in the airport, ruining your mood before a holiday is slack - especially after

Negativ: Not all of your staff are polite, I’m not sure if it is because we were in a country that does not accept or respect people of “colour” but I could see that there was definitely a heavy line of different treatment to other races - sadly from a very well known brand. I did feel the luggage prices were slightly tacky, and extra for on cabin prices. Also, cleanliness is clearly not a priority for all either.

Positiv: Crew were very attentive. Seats usual Ryan Air not the most comfortable seats. Boarded FIRST as was special assistance which is much better than being boarded last with everybody looking at you & no room for hand luggage at your seat so having to get somebody to place it further down plane.

Negativ: My special assistance required lift off plane which didn't happen so I along with people on crutches had to try negotiate way down steps in the wind & rain.

Positiv: Staff was very friendly both ground and cabin. Flight left a little late but all in all it was a good service. I certainly wouldn't complain.

Negativ: I didn't particularly like the constant upsale(online)but then it is a budget airline, so this is to be expected these days

Positiv: Comfortable seats, decent food and was left alone to sleep after a long day.

Negativ: Didn’t like that I missed original flight by minutes due to chaos of the airport and resolving the issue took about an hour but did like that I was rebooked on the next available flight for no extra charge and the attendant seemed sympathetic to my plight. A simple but important detail.

Positiv: New seats and new walls, didnt shake like last flight. No loose parts.

Negativ: It was deleyed and made me miss my connection bus which was the second to last one. So if id miss it id have to pay 150 euro instead of 12 euro to get to my destination.

Negativ: They could have another line to the people that couldn’t make check-in online, but they prefere to charge you a amount of $55,00 euros. Me and my husband tried to do the check-in online but the system was out off service and than when we tried again, 2 hour before departure, it was no possible

Negativ: I am 6’3” I have been placed in the middle seat on four flights. The flight attendants and airport staff are the worst, they’re supposedly never wrong.

Negativ: Not AirEuropa’s fault but they left before we arrived in Zurich because Delta flight 66 was so late that our 3-hour layover became the AirEuropa flight left before the Delta flight arrived and deplaned.

Negativ: My boyfriend and I were required to gate check our carry-on luggage which required us to go through customs in Paris to get to our bag and re-enter security for our connecting international flight. I am unsure why this was the case as other passengers brought the same size luggage. Very upsetting.

Negativ: No leg room at all, cant believe those seats met legal standard. The plane smelled, boarding was a nightmare because too many people had big bags. An announcement had been madd that vags would be collected, but obviously were not.

Positiv: Check in agent extremely helpful and friendly.

Negativ: Not boarding on tarmac via bus. Sandwich - tartar sauce and “chicken” - with two quarter sized pieces of meat was terrible.

If i choose a front-row seat, I find that other passengers have filled the compartment despite sitting nowhere near the front. Given that you pay the most money for front-row/extra leg room seats...

Negativ: We arrived at the airport 2.5 hours earlier than departure as suggested. They opened check in for Naples on the boards but the agents would not let anyone for Naples check in/bag drop. Once allowed it was chaos in the line. Once we got through security our flight posted as “boarding”. We got there in time but the unnecessary rush was uncomfortable and chaotic.

Negativ: The crew was very unpleasant . I boarded the plane - was not even greeted. This was not like business class at all . I felt like I just wasted money and did not get even close the service I expected. Flight attendants were ignoring my requests - no blankets no cocktails ... very bad .

Positiv: A350 war sehr angenehm. Besseres Entertainment System als im A380 und relativ leise in der Kabine.

Negativ: Das Essen war ok aber mehr auch nicht. Hier gibt es noch Lift nach oben.

Negativ: Plane transfer and customs at Frankfort were the worst I have ever encountered. Had to go so far between the two gates that had the flight from Seattle not been 30 minutes early and the plane to Barcelona posted as 10 minutes later than originally stated, we would have missed the connecting flight.

Positiv: Although we were over a how late leaving the cabin crew were professional and polite. An absolute credit to the company.

Negativ: Make all seats non-recline and more sturdy, I don't want to be able to feel the person behind leaning on it or their knees pushing through into my back.
