Negativ: Ryanair website did not work properly for check in and I was charge 110euro extra upon arrival at Athens airport - myself and my fiancé are very disappointed. We arrived at the airport 2 hours before our flight and we were told we could not complete our check in process as it was only available online. The flight had delayed 1 hour and we still payed 110 euro. The crew had very rude attitude. This was the first time flying with Ryanair and it was a complete disaster. I believe it is unacceptable to pay for something that it was not my mistake and I except to receive a response from you soon.

Positiv: Staff was very friendly both ground and cabin. Flight left a little late but all in all it was a good service. I certainly wouldn't complain.

Negativ: I didn't particularly like the constant upsale(online)but then it is a budget airline, so this is to be expected these days

Positiv: On time. Fast boarding.

Negativ: Eveything was making cracking noise.. walls, chairs, windows, floor etc.. and we flew in to a thunderstorm that could have been avoided if we took a slower root.. but they rather risk ut than being a little bit late... The windows were white and grey sue to the rainy clouds and then super brigth as lightnings struck.. the plane was shaking like crazy...

Negativ: Could not checkin on website for 2 days We were charged 60 Euros late checkin fee at airport.

Positiv: On time, Professional crew.

Negativ: Leaving from Reus Airport even though we had paid extra for priority boarding as we went through the boarding gate then asked to stop outside the Airport building waiting to be directed to the plane, All passengers where directed through the gate and where mixed with the priority paying passengers.

Negativ: I fid not go to Amstredam because i lost my flight. Noregiean airlines was late. I went to London.

Negativ: We were standing in line to board gate 14 it read Barcelona and right as we went to start boarding it changed to a different flight. All of us were running from gate to gate and nobody would help us!!!!! That was TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! One person figured it no Help from your staff.

Positiv: The crew was welcoming and friendly. The choice of movies was awesome.

Negativ: The seat i was in had many stains on it and there was garbage under my seat. Someone needs to clean better... Also, need to look at passengers more closely as at least 2 still had cell phones on at take off

Positiv: Gute Beinfreiheit; kostet aber bei einem Mittelstreckenflugzeug € 25 p.P./Richtung. Die Hälfte der Verspätung beim Abflug konnte bis zur Landung wieder eingeholt werden. Bordgepäck und 1 persönliches Handgepäck wurde kulant ohne Mehrkosten abgewickelt.

Negativ: Verspätung wegen verspäteter technischer Vorbereitung??? groß angepriesenes WIFI hat trotz Urgenz nicht funktioniert (Aussage des Anwesenden Bordpersonal „habe bei Kollegen nachgefragt, muss gehen“; funktionierte bei mir und auch in den benachbarten Sitzreihen nicht. Große Werbung und nichts dahinter :D

Positiv: I felt safe on board... the cabin crew members at least got that right. The toilets were clean.

Negativ: Better entertainment system... better food and more courteous cabin crew members.....

Negativ: Die Abfertigung in Faro war sehr langsam. Bei Eurowings alles gut

Positiv: Flying these days is as bad as it gets. We made it, that is what I liked.

Negativ: Had bought a ticket that allowed me to check in a suitcase and to chose my seat. The choosing part does not happen as Iberia chooses for you the day before the flight and tells you you can change what they chose but for a price. Seems deceiving. Flight attendant on flight was rude to me and others.

Negativ: British airlines delayed flight to my transfer. Missed my transfer to Madrid and got one to London. Leaving from London my flight on British was delayed by 2 hours AGAIN. Not good.

Positiv: I could not travel to Miami due to Iberia did not assigned the seat with my children.

Negativ: The lack of education and polite of the Stewart is a minus on that airline

Positiv: Crew were very attentive. Seats usual Ryan Air not the most comfortable seats. Boarded FIRST as was special assistance which is much better than being boarded last with everybody looking at you & no room for hand luggage at your seat so having to get somebody to place it further down plane.

Negativ: My special assistance required lift off plane which didn't happen so I along with people on crutches had to try negotiate way down steps in the wind & rain.

Negativ: I pre booked and paid for an isle seat and was given a window seat. The plane was so hot and had no air-con, the people I were sat next to kept asking the girls to put it on but they didn’t

Positiv: I was in Emergency row by myself!

Negativ: I felt like I was always being sold something throughout the Ryanair experience. It’s too much.

Positiv: Nothing stands out on this flight

Negativ: No delay, the same reason was used on our flight out. Had to wait for staff to join this flight, surely they would have know the night before. No hand luggage which would save a great deal of time

Positiv: The cabin crew was very good. The check in process was tough but the representative was nice.

Negativ: The boarding representative wasn’t very welcoming and the baggage hold volunteering wasn’t explained fully to passengers, otherwise they’ll volunteer.

Positiv: From the moment we checked in at Barcelona airport the airport staff were brilliant, my partner and his daughter are on the autism spectrum and struggle with crowds and social behaviour, but the gentleman that escorted us and helped us board could not have been nicer thank you

Negativ: The staff were great but there was a rather large rid group that could have triggered an episode, but after a quiet word with the crew we were again supported a quick exit

Negativ: Flight was too noisy, There were three Spanish couples with children that did not cared about other passengers, leaving their children running about, and changing places among themselves, shouting, and annoying others. The airline should impose rules for these types of passengers.

Positiv: the crew was wonderful, we got a nice Wrap and water, wine or coffee for free, not all airlines serve it anymore, we were on time and I got whatsapp message with updates of the flight

Negativ: Both flights through Detroit were re-routed, our luggage was lost for 4 days.

Negativ: the tray was broken and the water felt all over. the flight was 1 hr delayed. All of us stood the 1 hr waiting to know what's next. We could sit.

Positiv: Quick boarding, comfortable seating. Great food!

Negativ: The seats and IFE were a bit outdated. Comfortable, but outdated. My family had issues with their screens and one had to use the remote as the touch screen was no longer functional.

Negativ: They made me check my carryon rolly which is allowed on every other plane in the world, which meant going all the way back into a chaos of hundreds of people to check in. Because I had a connecting flight to New York in London, the check in caused many problems...and everything inside soaking wet

Negativ: Boarding process was in fact dangerous, with people corralled into small spaces without letting them out on the other end. We felt claustrophobic, crushed, and at one point people were even having to jump over the escalator to the bus loading area because there was too much crowding. Dangerous

Negativ: More frequent snacks.

Positiv: Nothing. This was poor service from every stand point, starting from punctuality. Almost 2 hours delay and almost lost my connecting flight in Barcelona

Negativ: The plane was late. The bus to the terminal was insufficient. The luggage was horribly late.

Negativ: The flight was an hour late with no announcements made in the terminal

Positiv: The crew was efficient in everything it did.

Negativ: THe seats are cramped and we spent the entire two hour flight listening to the flight crew trying to sell: alcohol, cigarettes, scratch off tickets, and duty free items. I’m not taking a plane to go shopping, and the fact that we were asked to buy 4 different types of items in 2 hours was excessive.

Negativ: I did not check in online and was charged a huge fee, 55 euro to be exact. It would have been a nice reminder from the airline to have emailed with reminder to do so and what kind of fee I would be expecting to pay if I did not check in. Very ridiculous and rude customer service.

Negativ: Kostenfreie Getränke und ein kleiner Snack hätten dabei sein können. Ein Monitor mit Infos zu Flug und Mediale Unterhaltung währen gut gewesen.

Negativ: Pünktlich abfliegen und nicht scheibchenweise die Abflugzeit schieben. Mehr Transparenz, was los ist. Passagiere mit Wasser versorgen.

Negativ: The seats are uncomfortable and too close together. The flight was late because we circled the airport several times in the air, and spent thirty minutes waiting on the tarmac to come to the gate. The stewardess spilled on my neighbor each time she filled my water.

Negativ: The flight was delayed, then we loaded onto an airport bus where we stood, sweating, for about 10 minutes before the bus left. Once we got on board it took forever for people to be seated, and some people were having their seats switched and others couldn’t find anywhere to put their luggage.

Positiv: Food and entertainment were ok but crew was rude and lazy and we had multiple delays. I was told to get in line for boarding and then stood there another hour. It was very poorly disorganized and did not come into contact with one nice crew member

Positiv: Inexpensive

Negativ: We had to spend €50 to check a bag that we can carry on to other flights due to weight restriction. There was terrible communication about a gate change. The flight was late and no one seemed to care or acknowledge that. The seats were very uncomfortable.
