Great room, great view, gated entrance, best place in Vegas we have ever stayed at and we have been coming to there for years for conferences.
I loved that the rooms were so well appointed and luxurious. But, my favorite thing was that The Signature was non-smoking with no casino, however, there was a direct through-the-hotel connection to the MGM Grand and the Strip. A short walk - maybe 10 minutes - and we were in the MGM Grand casino. I don't regret anything about our choice to stay here and would definitely return.

So self parking
Everything was a pleasure, just the only thing was that we kind of had to tip the valet luke 3s a day since I was driving out alot.
The housekeeping service was some of the best I have experienced! Very attentive staff at the front desk as well. Room had everything we expected/needed. Thank you for a great experience!
Access to the MGM was the saving grace. Nice pools, clean rooms. James, the concierge manager, was the only decent employee we encountered.
Poor attention from concierge, bell desk, and housekeeping. After our first day, getting anything done was a fight. Maid service stopped coming or only made the bed, and left dirty towels, the bell desk wouldn't call a cab, concierge's answer was "I don't do that." They pushed for Express check-out, where they email you a receipt--don't do it. After 3 days I had to call and sit on hold for over 30min to have a receipt emailed. We spent 3xs what we paid for our stay in food, beverage, etc and I feel we could get better treatment at Hooters. We will never stay here again.
good place for the price. Very clean room Our room was facing the airport but it was very clam hotel.
we stayed 2 nights. the day after, the room mate never came to make the room. The second morning we were out of towels. No plactic glasses to take a drink.
It was one ring removed from the chaos of most hotels on the strip and the rooms were larger.
They couldn't accommodate a simple request that we made to have two rooms together, gave ample notice.
The staff was incredibly friendly. Everyone from the valet, front desk and housekeeping. We were upgraded to a penthouse suite and had a great view. Our room overlooked McCarren airport and we enjoyed watching the constant stream of planes landing and taking off. Having a kitchen set-up allowed us to make some of our own food which can greatly speed things up compared to waiting in line at the cafe, waiting for the food, etc. Elevators were surprisingly efficient getting us up and down. Very spacious bathrooms. The pools were beautiful we enjoyed floating on the inner tubes down the lazy river.
One time the maid asked us if we needed maid service that day. Yes, when I am on vacation I want maid service every day. I am not making my own bed, cleaning up the bathroom, washing dishes, etc. It is a long walk to the MGM even with the moving sidewalk. The first couple of days we waited in a long line at the Starbucks in tower 1 and paid $8 for two coffees. The second day we were there we waited 20 minutes in line and when we ordered the gal says we just ran out of coffee so you will have to wait while we brew more. Then we found a little cafe at tower 2 where we stayed and got two great cups of coffee for $6 and there was no line. And they will refill your coffee all day long as long as you have your receipt. You do not even have to bring your cup back. I like Starbucks but it just doesn't work at The Signature.
Nice and well equiped rooms.
The entrance is through MGM hotel and it is a long walk. There are no facilities (no gym,no restaurants, swiming pool is closed...). The resort fee was not mentioned in the booking and is not justified.
It was quite. The room was very nice and the bathroom was big with a nice big jetted tub for two.
Suite was Beautiful.
Pretty close to airport. Heard lots of jet noise. My room was next to elevator shaft and noisy at times. Someone at the end of the hall mentioned they heard elevator noise a lot too. Even though the suite was beautiful, I wouldn't repeat.
Check out time. Not the room with view to the strip they told me I had.
