The staff were so accommodating and friendly! They really went out of their way for us! Offering us umbrellas when it was raining, allowing us to us their personal cell as ours wasnt working to make a long distance call! The best customer service that I have in decades!

I liked it all. Even my single room was a decent size. It had everything I could want, and was spotless. The bathroom was very good too. My heart sank a bit when they said I was in the annexe opposite, but no need to fear as it turned out. There are shops and restaurants nearby, and it is right next to a tram station and lots of buses. Luxembourg is walkable anyway, but the transportation on the doorstep is a bonus if the weather is unkind. The staff were great. I did not opt for breakfast, but I saw them clearing the dining room, and it looked decent.

The place was comfortable and had all expected facilities: large TV, large mirror, slippers, fridge, kettle with tea and coffee, fruits and candies. The location is the best you can dream of in Luxembourg, right at the border between Limpertsberg and the Glacis.

There's nothing I didn't like - the place was great and better than I expected, which is very rare in Luxembourg where hospitality is generally poor for the price they charge you for.

Location was especially good for me as I had meetings in Allee Scheffer and it's just a short stroll into the centre of the City. The hotel staff were super friendly and made me feel extremely welcome. I've stayed several times and always chose to stay there if they have rooms available.

Perfect Location for the Grande Theatre

Firstly, the location of this hotel is superb, and there's a huge public parking area literally around the corner. Right from the moment we stepped into the hotel, we felt welcome. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was worth the money we paid for it - great variety and delicious too. (We also loved the breakfast room!) All in all, this was an excellent stay.

Two things that I'm particular about are mattresses and pillows. While the bed was comfortable enough (not the most comfortable I've slept on, but definitely fine for a few nights), the pillows were horrible and offered little support for a tired neck and good sleeping posture.

The staff was wonderful, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Location easy walking distance to the city center.

Liked the central location. If anything was needed then staff were only too happy to help. We are Irish and are quite fond of out tea. There was only 2 teabags on complimentary tray, explained to staff and gave us a small box of teabags which were gratefully received. It's the extra touch thank you.

We found the bedroom too hot n stuffy even with windows open. Couldn't seem to control the temp even tho we tried.

Our stay was amazing! From arrival to check out. Halim and other personal were very welcoming and pleasant. On my birthday i got champagne as a present on arrival and best room in the hotel with divine view. Loved it!

The hotel is within walking distance to the city square and the old town. Very clean and staff are very courteous. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Luxembourg City.

The hotel is placed very well in the city, you can get very easy in the city center by foot. Also you have direct connection with the airport. The staff is very kind. The sauna is nice.(although you can't set the temperature, it works on an on/off basis, so if it's turned on for too long the temperature gets at over 110 degrees) They have free fruits and water with lemon/lime for customers.

It’s around 1 to 2 min walking distance to the nearest bus stop, not far but during quite frustrated during raining days...

Staff exceptional. Very welcoming and extremely pleasant and helpful. Allowed us to check in early and offered and given complimentary drinks to enjoy the start of our holiday. Also allowed us to store our luggage once we had checked out as our flight was not until late evening. Again given complimentary coffees when we returned to the hotel to collect our luggage. Brilliant customer care and very much appreciated. Huge thank you to the young girl on reception, only sorry I cannot remember her name.

Great location and very nice personnel! Was also very clean and great beds.

The rooms are nice but it certainly doesn't feel like 4 stars. Especially the level of noise in the morning is really high, not particularly from the cars as we were on the side opposite to the street, but the noise from the floor and stairs is intense, like if we had no door. What I don't understand is that there are doors at the end if each floor and that once close, at least you don't hear so much from the entrance and the stairs. So why always keep them open?

But other than that the room and hotel was very nice. Good location, walkable to downtown and very good value for quality of hotel. Front desk staff was very helpful.

The shower head was faulty/broken. Otherwise all ok.

Good facilities - kettle, tea, coffee and refrigerator provided. Room has black out blinds and was quiet at night.

Angle of shower couldn't be adjusted - I ended up flooding the bathroom (the corner of the door wasn't watertight). TV didn't work very well (one of the channels just made a loud strange sound - with no image). View of was of a brick wall but they did try to cover it with an image. Expensive - but most of Luxembourg is.

Excellent location at a cheap price (compared to alternatives nearby). Cleanliness of rooms at top levels. Personnel very kind and professional.

All of the staff were superb, immaculate Hotel. Although it is a little way from Centre, we walked to and fro, plentiful buses available if required. It is a quiet area in the evening which suited us.

Location was great - less than 10 minute walk to main squares, and near tram and bus stops. Staff were also really helpful and friendly.

Loved the proximity to central area without being in the middle of it. Spotlessly clean. Great breakfast available with great coffee. Very friendly staff. And black out blinds that work! Plus sir con,, a bit gentler to the freezers in North America, but adequately comfortable during my visit.

The hotel is beautifully clean and spacious rooms were perfect for our stay staff were very nice and helpful breakfast was well worth the money too. No problem keeping luggage for us and able to shower etc before our departure

Great hotel with a great location and a very friendly staff, the best thing is we got two rooms in the annex building in the 6th floor which have only two rooms so we got the whole floor to our selves as we can leave the doors always opened.
