Location. It's extremely close to the train station. From the station either you can get a free bus to the Centre or walk a brisk 1 km. Location plus the heavy breakfast more than made up for the small price difference between the cheapest options available on the website

The property was immaculately clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a small hotel ideally located for the train station.

Exactly what you would expect....

We had our dog Benji with us and they were very accommodating, but no previous indications of how much it would cost for home (12€/night)

We were told there would be parking on location (15€) but there wasn't and parking in their suggested location was VERY pricey (25€ day)

Decent room, comfortable bed for good price. Central location. Breakfast was served in the room. Was basic but good. Shower and toilet were clean and around the corner. Washbasin in the room.

Overall, its a good place...

The facilities are okay, price-quality too, clean and comfortable, but very small rooms.

Due to the coronavirus circumstances, breakfast was delivered to the room but for the price, it was not good at all. The coffee/tea was always cold and the breakfast serving size was definitely much less than shown in the pictures.

Very helpful staff

The staff is very helpful and they let me check in a few hours before time. The location is handy and you can find transportation and restaurants everywhere.

The breakfast it's poor from my point of view. Maybe the fact that now they are taking it to the room is handicap. I don't eat any of that on regular basis.

Location is very close to the central station and bus.

Location is fantastic. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was in cafe across road as hotel building new part next door. It was limited but lovely. Easy check in and out. Let us leave luggage on arrival and departure day.

The hotel is really small with frugal rooms. As long as it was warm enough, operating wifi, and a clean bathroom it was ok.

It is a two-star hotel, what you can expect more than small rooms, no real furniture, thin walls.

The staff was quick and helpful. I wouldn't necessarily consider the continental breakfast a full breakfast, but it was enough to get me to the airport where I could get more food. The room was clean.

I wasn't expecting how small everything would be. I barely fit into the lift with just a backpack and carryon suitcase. I definitely feel like the hotel was a bit old fashioned and could integrate more tech. My file was printed out in a file cabinet, and once I was checked in, I was given a sticky note where the room number, wifi info, and breakfast times was written while in front of me. All of this worked, just made the checkin process slow and cumbersome.

Breakfast was pleasant, vouchers were given to us for a cute restaurant opposite. The location was perfect, a short walk to the centre, and very close to the train station and bus stop. Be careful however as to whether or not you have booked an ensuite as they provide both shared bathrooms and en suites which caught us out.

The bar downstairs was closed and they were building a tram line on one of the routes into the city centre. Considering these are temporary issues I would say that otherwise the stay was great.

Housekeeping used a very strong chlorine solution for cleaning the bathroom. The odor was so strong when we returned to the room that night that I ended up with a headache and feeling nauseous for a while, even after opening both windows. On the positive side, the next morning we requested that they not use the chlorine, and they did not. If anyone has issues with strong odors, be warned.

Very nice rooms, great location, good breakfast, helpful staff. I would like to highlight Ionut, one of the receptionists who was always very kind, patient and helpful.

A little small and not overly cheap, but this was my first time in Luxembourg and it may just be the way it is there.

Very good location. Close to station Breakfast was sufficient. Bed was firm but not too hard, very comfortable to sleep on. Staff were very nice.

Centrally located, short walk to the old town. Staff was friendly and very helpful, gave us a map and marked out the places to see and the routes to take.

Room was small, not much space around the bed.

The lift was a struggle sometimes, whenever I would take it down to reception, someone would have to come and open it for me.

Great reception staff etc unfortunately we were asked to use bedroom toilets this morning in the breakfast room having used them previously in the bistro area,as we were ready to check out this was a minor inconvenience. Small amount of noise in the area on the first night as there's a shared bathroom with economy rooms someone came in abit tipsy but very quiet otherwise.

The location of the hotel is good, just a few minutes walking from the centre. The room was clean and calm. The breakfast is fine, there is a small range of variety, but enough.

The room is quite small for 2 person and the bed is not for couples - as 2 single beds are pushed together, there is still a big hole between the 2 mattresses and not comfortable.

Tidy and clean, good shower, lovely breakfast, very helpful and friendly staff. Great location for walking to the town and in the parks, perfect for people travelling with dogs. Several restaurants and shops around, calm neighbourhood.

The receptionist guy in the morning is very accommodating and nice. They were able to check us in at super early in the morning. The hotel is near the Gare and bfast was ok.

Location is great, 5 minutes walking from the train station, and 15 minutes from the Upper City. Is good if you want to stay in the place with good connection with the airport and trains, and want to explore the city

The location was good. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. Also the train station is close by. Convenient parking garage right across the street, make sure to make reservation. Staff was friendly and helpful

Cozy and quiet hotel a few minutes walking from the main train station and very close to the center of town. The location is great, There are so many shops and restaurants in the area.
