Perfect stay

Especially under these circumstances, it was a perfect stay. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was excellent and everything was taken care off. It was perfect!

Great staff. We arrived before the room service was open and my daughter wanted to eat and the guy on the reception on the afternoon of the 4th of July went to the kitchen and made her something to eat. Simply amazing. For sure we will come back

The staff were superb! Super friendly & helpful, spoke every language! I felt safe in the hotel & general area. Check out at 12pm!!

Sadly, the location is not super convenient for sightseeing. It is near bus & tram stops but if you want to walk around, it is a little removed from everything.

Very convenient location with public transport stops less then few minutes away. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Rooms are very clean and surroundings are quiet.

Toilet and shower separated. Personally i feel it's quite inconvenient. But to each their own. Just a personal preference.

Loved the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Very spacious even with pull out sofa open. The breakfast was top notch and a good variety. Located in a business area but still within walking distance of the Grund and city centre.

Not a lot of restaurant choices within a 5-10 minute walk from hotel.

The local transport was very good, with the tram just a short walk away and busses to the airoprt also close by, the bar and restaurant was also good, and staff were helpful and friendly.

The gym was very limited no free weights, also there is nothing round the hotel in the way of shops bars and restaurants, the ones that were close by were all closed, hotel was surrounded by EU buildings so office district.

Draft beer at the counter bar was good. Service was awesome. Fitness was good.

Staff was very nice and friendly. The check in process was easy, and the room was really nice! Clean and well appointed. Public transport down to the city center was easy to manage.

The location is mostly business park and it is pretty challenging to find the first time in a strange place. Getting in from below ground parking was not easy (so start on the surface lot). And you are in the middle of nothing (for now).

Everything. Nice and spacious, comfortable and modern. Very big bathroom with bathtub. Loved it and definitely recommend it.

Construction happening near by, and not an easy access to drive to the hotel carpark from the main road. No swimming pool facility.

The property was in a good location with the tram just a short walk away. The room was clean and tidy and the staff had put out cakes and drinks for us as I was celebrating my birthday.

We had to keep asking to be let in from the car park to the hotel, we couldn’t use our key cards.

The chairs in the room felt quite cheap quality such that you could feel the whole seat bend when you sat back in it and the back was flexible so you couldn’t relax into it.

The staff were really kind.

It is clear that a lot of thought has gone into designing Novotel suites. They have all sort of commodities, in a way that makes the most of the available space. That does not mean that they are small, but that they feel bigger than they are, because of the smart way everything fits together. The hotel is clean, comfortable, is excellently located for business in the Kirchberg area, but it is also convenient for families willing to visit Luxembourg, even if they have to take a bus to go to the center, because each suite call host three or four people. They have a parking, and free wifi (quite fast).

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. The breakfast is expensive and I chose not to take it at the hotel, so I cannot comment on its quality.

The interior of the room (modular furniture) and the hospitality and professionalism of the front desk staff really impressed me. Overnight parking fee was really low to my surprise.

The car park slot was really small and there was only one way in and out.

It’s very central , but quiet and restful. It’s on the tram line very close to city center. It’s very pet friendly. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Novotel is situated in the new part of the city, but very convenient and easily connected to the old part of the city - only 2 tram station stops (10mins) and you are there to enjoy the old part of the city. Very happy with the location and room in total experience, room is like expected, new, clean and modern. Personally, It could be more cosy for Suites. A security system is quite affirmative.

Was expecting a real coffee machine in the room, not an instant coffee. Real glass cups are encouraged, instead of the disposable paper cups - this brings down the total experience of the Suites room. No slippers provided. Not convenient with paid parking (17 euro per day) since we were already paying to stay there.

Very modern large room, looks like a studio flat. All facilities needed, good location, toilets separated from bathrooms.

Central location for getting to the town centre (a short tram ride and walk). Extremely spacious. Staff very personable and helpful. I would certainly recommend. Very good breakfast.

Underground parking not guaranteed nor is parking outside. No way to reserve in advance. We were fortunate enough to get an underground space but others checking in later were not so fortunate.

Loved the modern funky design of the hotel. And that it was easy for parking my car and easy to hop on the tram and head into the center of town.

Was a pain to get out of the parking area, but think that was something of a fluke. I had to try 3 times to get out and had to come back to the counter each time I wasn't able to get out.
