The reception service is very good and staffs are friendly. The room very big and the bed is comfort. The decoration of the room is modern design and nice. The location very good and just few minutes from the tran station of Pfaffenthal-Kirchberg . The opposite of hotel is concert hall and modern museum. The breakfast is delicious and lots of choice even during COVID 19 period. The hotel is very safe for protect health.

The restaurant was superb and the staff awesome and respectful (all staffers wore masks)

Right at the reception I felt a warm welcome. One of the best hotel beds I have slept in for a long time. I was totally rested and relaxed the next day.

My husband and I spent the weekend in Luxemburg to celebrate my birthday. When we arrived at the hotel our room was upgraded in addition the staff brought us two pieces of cake. The kindness and professionalism was outstanding. It was the best birthday ever. We will certainly be back and recommend the hotel to our friends and business partners. The staff at the front desk was absolutely stellar. Thank you for everything.

Very nice staff. Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Perfect beds. Close to the city centre. 2 stops with the tram or 15 min walking. Parking is sometimes an issue but most of the time ok. 15 euros per night. Great hotel and we had a nice stay.

Brilliant Hotel, I have stayed over the years so often and always experienced the quality of the offering. Service immaculate. Staff second to none. Brilliant food and for the amateurs a smoking bar with a great selection of cigares... Just amazing and always well priced...book ahead

The only and really only problem....is location. Parking not good and to find the hotel within the permanent worksite is very very very difficult...grab a taxi do not try to improvise yourself or call the hotel and they will pilot you through the latest craziness of traffic control. Can not wait for the worksite to complete...been saying that for the past 3 years.... Honestly it is the only negative on that amazing hotel.

Very nice, spacious room. Bathroom was very nice, clean and spacious. Separate toilet to bathroom was nice. Beside the team line to the city. Staff very friendly and helpful. No complaints.

The hotel may have made it clear that they have parking. We were travelling by car and it was important for us. A sauna and hammam would have been welcome in this category of hotels

The tramline goes near the hotel. The breakfast was very good; for example soft scramble eggs and fresh orangejuice. Also food in the other restaurants was good. The staff was very friendly. The bed in the room was very confortable.

There were many streetworks near the hotel, but that's of course temporaly.

I had the Junior Suite with King Bed and Working Space & everything was great

Beautiful Lobby and the Location is perfect. A very quiet area away from the crowd yet very accessible to the public transport.The room was very spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, duvet and pillows. Big bathroom and complete with toiletries which saves me from bringing my own. The toilet is separate from the bathroom which is good for me.mini bar is free and complete with water bottles and softdrinks. The hotel lay out / interior is interesting especially the stunning lobby area.

There is not a lot of choice for a hot buffet breakfast and a bit pricey.

Upon arrival in the lobby you instantly notice the unique design of the hotel, making it look like a very exclusive hotel. Free cold tea and apples in the lobby is also a nice touch. Staff were very pleasant and informative and always willing to assist in any way they can.

The breakfast was not to my liking - there could have been more cereal choices but thats a personal preference. On our visit the carpet was being replaced, this slightly took away the shine from the hotel experience.

The hotel was fabulous, we were upgraded and our room was lovely. The bed was comfy, fabulous bathroom with Hermes toiletries. We stayed on Sunday 28th July and the staff on the check in desk that evening were lovely. They were so helpful, they went out of their way to be helpful. They even made out a list of recommendations for our visit to Luxembourg. There is a tramline close by so we were a lemon to get into visit the Grund and surrounding areas. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious room with work space, large comfy beds for a peaceful sleep. Well designed bathroom with Hermes Toiletries! The bar staff made fabulous drinks. Then introduced us to the cigar room, which was exquisite. Breakfast was delicious (even gluten free choices). The Staff were exceptionally hospitable. A pleasant visit from start to finish. We will be back soon.

One of the best hotels in Luxembourg! The staff is super friendly and professional. The room was extremely clean and comfortable.I liked the bathroom , that is very unusual (a huge mirrow in a shower). The place is in 10mins by walk from the Museum of modern art. Highly recommended!

I really appreciated the warm welcome at the hotel, and all the little extras: valet parking service, the variety in pillows etc to choose from, the upgrade for my birthday and the unexpected late night chocolate treat. There is also easy access to public transport, the tram to the city center only takes 5 minutes and stops just around the corner.

The staff was exceptional. The room was amazing, the room service was also wonderful. I was only staying the night for a rest for my travels through Europe and wanted a comfortable hotel with options. They have on site restaurant and amazing bar.

The on site Italian restaurant was superb. Bar food orders were really quick.

The Bar Service was not attentive. Hot breakfast choices were limited: Perhaps offer omelette, fresh sausages.

Staff was incredibly helpful all of the time, especially Xiomara who answered several questions about the hotel before we booked.

Area around the hotel is under construction so getting in/out of the hotel was a little confusing for a newcomer.

The staff of the hotel made our stay enjoyable, all of them were very professional

It was a nice property, The staff was excellent to deal with . room service was good and quick the breakfast was wonderful. Had no issues with our staff at all. Parking near the hotel in underground garage was not an issue. This will cost you a little more than you prefer but for us it was no issue and wanted.

The location is a little ways away from the heart of the older part of the city. A fairly pleasant walk from hotel into the old downtown area. Other than that relatively insignificant issue, we had zero problems with this hotel.

New refurbed rooms are super! Best breakfast! Friendly staff!!!

Air conditioning rather than an open window in fitness room would have helped, with an outside temperature of 32 degrees and making sure water was available. Other than that, could not find fault with...

- Construction works on going next to the hotel. However, it did not disturb much; it was just a bit difficult to find the parking (shared wiht the neighbouring Novotel).
