Best option in Oia.

Perfect views, location and incredible sunsets. Visit Charisma was a pleasure. It is a 4 starts hotel more close to a 5 starts. Staff is very professional and always showing a smile for everyone. Bar tender and his cocktails are top. Restaurant options are reduce but the food is very tasty. Easy to get by car. Helpful bell boys. Very clean. Everything was perfect. I would repeat without doubts.

Pool and bar area is very narrow but there is a new pool pending to open. Some delays on breakfast but not so important.

We spent 7 days of our honeymoon at Charisma suites. It was the perfect place for us. The suites are arranged one on top of the other and you enter the rooms from the stairs. We had a private pool on the terrace. The room was held all in white and lovely arranged. Breakfast was top!!!! They serve it whenever you want on the terrace. The service absolutely first class! Very lovely were Arturo (best photographer 🙂) and Matina! We would definitely come again!!!

Excellent stay!

We loved our stay at Charisma! We stayed one night in the honeymoon suite and one in their famous windmill! The honeymoon suite was spacious and the heated jacuzzi/pool was perfect for enjoying the sunset from! The windmill is an entire experience! It was really amazing! The hotel was very clean, rooms as well and breakfast was delicious! Also the staff went above and beyond to make our stay a nice one!

We spent 2 days in a one of flag rooms of Charisma - the big one with a private cave pool. This is the best hotel we have been so far.

The transfer to the hotel and to the airport was included as a service. Lovely staff and service. Respect for working all day long up and down on the million steps to transport luggage and breakfast. The apartment was big and modern and the swimming pool area was amazing with a fantastic view. As a couple we experienced a high privacy Highly recommended.

Incredible 4 day stay

The Charisma Suites are breathtaking - beautifully decorated, incredible views, spotlessly clean and the service is second to none - all of the staff go above and beyond to make your stay as relaxing as possible. Breakfast is delicious with lots of choice and is currently served to your room due to Corona which is really enjoyable. The pool area is lovely with a great pool bar. We knew Charisma Suites would be lovely but it exceeded all of our expectations.

During the sunset everybody who was sitting in the coffee had a view of our private pool so we didn't have any privacy during the sunset time. For that price/ the pool was very small and we could'nt swimm on it

We reallly liked the location overlooking the Caldera. What is good about this property is that it was very easy to reach both by car and by foot and was surrounded by the best restaurants, shops and cafes compared to some other hotels that were located into the further side of Oia. The view as well as our jacuzzi was amazing especially during sunset and at night. The rooms were exceptionally cozy, clean and were decorated up to the highest standards and design. The staff are also amazing and friendly!!!!

The breakfast is very good! The cocktails are good and Arturo is a perfect professional, very friendly and always willing to give good advices on which place to visit.

In such an establishment, it would be mandatory to Inform the customers that if you want your room to be done everyday you need to ask. However, the staff was nice and friendly!

Everything... the breakfasts were amazing and the staff were simply fabulous. Nothing was too much and everyone was down to earth and we were made to feel very welcome.

The steps! But it keeps you fit and wouldn’t stop us visiting again... the whole of Oia has steps so you can’t avoid them.

Stunning property at the very end of Oia, away from all the crowds. Sunset views were to die for!!!!!!!!!!! Clean modern private (mostly) cave rooms with very high end fixtures, appliances, etc. The bed was heavenly!! Breakfast delivered to your room while you eat outside on your patio with the views is incredible. Also stayed at the Katikies, and we actually thought the Charisma had more seclusion, charm, and better (more modern) beds/rooms, etc. We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and couldn’t have asked for a more amazing time (they even gave us a bottle of wine and fruit). Thank you!!

Lots of steps to go down to the common pool and bar. No restaurant, but so many choices to eat nearby, it did not matter.

We really loved the view from our room. Best view for sunsets in Santorini probably. Our room was huge and comfortable and we really enjoyed the cave heated pool. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. A great experience.

Stunning views and amenities

We arrived at night and it was a bit difficult to find the hotel, but the lady at the reception was really patient with us and send us someone to pick up our luggages and bring us to the hotel. Do not forget the many steps at Oia! The whole staff is really friendly and truly helpful to meet any wishes. The hotel is really calm, the view is just amazing and the room is really confortable. For the breakfast you choose what ever you are wishing from a long list of nice things and all is brought to you at your room to get a "panoramic breakfast". The whirlpool is really confy and make the view even better.

Loved my stay here! The views and overall vibe screamed luxury! The breakfast every morning was everything you can ask for! Highly recommend!

It was an amazing stay. We loved everything from check in to check out. It's a luxurious stay, with the hot tubs overlooking the caldera. Amazing views, great hospitality, great ambience- we definitely would stay again

The funny bartender at the hotel pool. What's with the irritable attitude?

· After coming off a 30 hour transit from Australia it was was like sleeping on a cloud! The staff were so helpful and attentive. Highly recommend going to the bar and getting a drink at sunset (free champagne and the bartender also doubles as a personal photographer). The view from our suite (room 31) was absolutely breathtaking - best in Oia! As the first stop in our honeymoon this completely succeeded our expectations!

Absolutely incredible location. The best for privately viewing the sunsets and avoiding the crowds. Super quiet. Facilities gorgeous and the staff very attentive and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast brought daily to our room was soo good.

Not a thing!

Picturesque setting in Oia, the most beautiful town in Santorini. Each and every room is private, like having your own cave to live in. Spacious rooms. Wonderful staff. Reception can arrange anything you think of possibly. Sunset champagne and cheese every evening. All your meals are being brought to your room/patio. We had a room with a private jacuzzi, definitely a must. If you are on the property you do not want to be anywhere else. You even get a mobile phone when you check in in case you need anything on the island, you can phone reception and they will assist. Truly an unforgettable stay. Everything is exactly as on the pictures.

There is nothing to complain of. Oia is the most expensive town in Santorini but it is easy to get around on the island.

An absolutely wonderful stay at Charisma. The room was wonderful and the view spectacular. The staff were all incredible, with such attention to detail and a warm, friendly, relaxed and hospitable way of caring for their guests. Breakfasts out on the balcony overlooking the caldera, and the stunning views at sunset were perfect. And Oia is a picture perfect little town, with great restaurants and shops. Couldn't recommend Charisma Suites more highly.

The staff were superb particularly Aturo and Sophia who were both brilliant. Aturo (professional photographer) was an excellent host and provided brilliant e entertainment especially the sunset champagne showers.... brilliant !

Amazing hotel all around. Oia is where you want to be and charisma is situated in a way the other hotels are not on top of you. The entire staff was amazing from check in to check out. Particularly Arturo the bartender. Besides mixing fantastic cocktails, he doubles as an amazing photographer. I’ve never experienced a person who cares more about his customers. This is a 5 star hotel no doubt. Tip - Definitely take the hotel up on their semi or private transfer from the port. All the other options are very sketchy. We unfortunately learned the hard way. The port is chaos and we weren’t even there at peak season.

The physical strength of the chaps who carried our luggage was remarkable. It’s a 4 min walk from the taxi to the hotel. I could not have carried my luggage there. One guy who was a thin as a racing snake carried it all on his own. I think he’s super human...

We had an amazing time in Santorini staying at Charisma Suites. We stayed 4 nights and loved the pool on our balcony. Beautiful views, incredible staff who couldn’t do more for you. The rooms were spacious and always clean. The infinity pool and bar area was calm and we spent our day times chilling by the pool with the beautiful views. The sunset champagne evenings were amazing. Everyone crowds around in Oia to watch the sunset but you get your own perfect sunset view with Prosecco, fruit and cheese and have photos, meet guests and enjoy the wonderful sunsets. Up the steps and around the corner you get to the bustling town of Oia. So many amazing places to eat and the staff at the hotel can recommend and make reservations for you. We enjoyed ‘Roka’ ‘Karma’ and ‘Candouni’ - all delicious Greek food and all recommended by the wonderful hotel staff. It’s lovely to be able to come back to the calm and relaxed hotel but have Oia just around the corner. The semi private transfers were brilliant.

The location was very central, the rooms are amazing, the breakfasts on the terrace are lovely and the wifi worked wonderfully well. The downstairs pool area is so pretty and the main guy working there is brilliant at mixing lovely drinks, noticing when you need fresh towels, taking photos and advising us when we needed more lotion since we were starting to look a little sunburnt! Only slight issue was the water in the pool was very cold. We slept very well due to the lovely comfortable bed and efficient air con. The exceptional thing about this property is the staff - all absolutely lovely and going the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay and had no problems. They even give you a little mobile phone, which we used once when we got lost, haha and the lady behind the bar advised us on which beach club would best suit us (mother and daughter) and kindly booked us a brilliant spot there.

The number of steps to the top were hard for me as a middle aged person, but we were staying at one of the cheaper suites near the bottom. The ones with pools or jacuzzis are higher up and better if you can afford them. However, we felt that our cheaper one represented excellent value for money.

Very helpful and friendly staff, they help us with very heavy luggages on arrival. Very good check-in, welcoming and professional with all information we needed. Welcome wine and fruit plate were added mark! Arranged car rental for us the next day. Also, the breakfast everyday were really good. The SUNSET view is just amazing!!! Highly recommended!!!!
