Be prepared to climb tons...
Very private. Gorgeous views of Thia. Food was delicious. If you’re cramped for time they have a winetasting in a secret wine cave here. Two different places for breakfast they also have room service. Spa located on premises. Our room had a private Jacuzzi out front. The star of the property were the Bellman. They would carry the luggage from the street to your room on their shoulders! 💪🏽 Close to the city Oia. Easy to go shopping or have dinner.
The stairs were and aerobic workout. The spa could not accommodate couples massages. Only singles. In the office they had several people checking guests in. But forget about asking for any concierge services. They would tell you yes they would help but then never call you back. We had a rental car that we wanted to turn in early next-door. They had the key for the vehicle and said that they would call them and turn it in for us. Two days later we find out they never called. We had to take the vehicle there and do it ourselves. If they told us that from the beginning we could’ve saved a couple extra days. Also we called to schedule a winetasting appointment in their secret wine cave. We show up and find out that they never called to tell them we were going to be having a tasting that evening. We wanted to purchase bathrobes they said they would let us know how much. Never got back with us. We were looking for a place that could do couples massages. They said they could not help us. So it seems no matter how little or how large your asking them for assistance they will not do so. You also could not see the sunset from this property. It faces south but there is a cliff that blocks the view.

Exceptional
The view of our room no. 8 is fantastic and excellent. Every morning, the majestic view of blue see is in front of our eyes through the window. It made us felt exceptionally good. In addition, Nehir, one of the staff in the hotel was very friendly, she visited our room and greeting to us to make sure everything was OK. She always have a friendly smile and is very polite. All staff in the restaurant are so excellent and warm, in particular, Alex(short form only, I hoped I do not misspell her name). I will definitely recommend Mystique to my friends if they plan the vocation in Santorini.

Overview
Mystique, a Luxury Collection Hotel is located on Santorini Island in Greece. There are 41 apartment-style rooms that are appointed with king beds, free wireless Internet, private balconies, sea-facing window views, flat-screen TVs, and access to the terrace garden. Breakfast can be served in the rooms, and special diet meals are available upon request. There are four restaurants on the premises. Charisma Restaurant serves European food all day long. ASEA is an Asian-themed dinner restaurant and bar. Guests are less than one mile from the Naval Museum of Oia and two miles from the Cape Columbo Beach. The Thera Volcano is only four miles away and can be seen from the balconies of Mystique. The outdoor seasonal swimming pool is available to all guests. On-site, there is a spa with massage, hair, and beauty salon appointments available, as well as a full fitness center for workouts. There is also a business center on the premises for those who need to make photocopies or book a meeting room for conferences. The front desk offers snorkeling, horseback riding, diving, cycling, fishing, and hiking packages, which are all available in and around the hotel. VIP facilities can be reserved for special events.
