1. The bathrobe smelt sour. 2. The hotel offered a pickup and delivery at/to airport or seaport as complimentary. But they will not send u to the other hotel. For me, not make sense.

Given such an Extraordinary hotel, breakfast selection is limited, it can provide more offerings, e.g. fruits, drinks, ... Guest relation is good, but can be more proactive in terms of activities.

Stunning views, suits are very big and heated cave pool fantastic. Staff is friendly food in hotel was amazing. Spa is great jetlag massage was very relaxing. Interior was so beautiful was sad to leave.

This hotel was everything I hoped it would be, absolute luxury. The views from the infinity pool were stunning and the staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you.

It was magnificent! The staff were very accommodating and friendly. 10/10 The private pool, spa and spectacular views.

The Perivolas is truly a special place. The location is ideal. The distance to the crowded center of Oia is a short and easy walk, but the hotel is set apart enough from the bustling hoards of tourists to be truly a retreat. The view of the caldera from the pool was mesmerizing, and the rooms are luxurious, cave-like havens. The hotel even kindly upgraded us for our last night. The staff members were extremely attentive but never intrusive, and they made our stay exceptional. We couldn't have asked for a more magical place to spend our 11th anniversary.

We could not find fault with anything during our stay.

Great communication before we arrived arranging spa treatments, tours & transfer times Staff were amazing and so knowledgeable and accommodating Beautiful peaceful location just enough away from the craziness of Oia but close enough to walk into it if you desired! Heaven on earth view The food is just so good you do not even have to go anywhere else and also very reasonable. Beautifully appointed cave like rooms with every luxury If we could rate it higher we would - A truly magical and beautiful place

Excellent staff at Perivolas. At first I thought it was a bit quiet but then I adjusted and totally relaxed, which is rare!

You can always find small details but nothing really worth a mention.

I know it's a hotel built into the side of a cliff on a hot island, with a jacuzzi in it, so I should naturally be forgiving of insects but there's quite a lot of mosquitoes and ants.

The bed was rather hard and uncomfortable and there were not enough pillows. I also thought the toiletries were quite cheap and mean.
