Our room was clean and comfortable, with designer touches. As soon as you close the window and shutters the noise of the street disappears. I had the best sleep in ages. Breakfast is typically Italian with good coffee and some savoury options (cheese, salumi, bread) and of course CAKE. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing, with AC. Staff were very helpful with questions and kind. Breakfast was good and in a pleasant room full of morning light.

Like many buildings in Italy it is not accessible for those with disabilities. I had difficulty carrying my luggage up several flights of stairs in the summer heat.

The location was great. 2 mins from the beach. It was right In the centre of the shopping district. Room always clean and even tho the bathroom was a wet room it was very beautifully designed. MF are very environmentally conscious which is a nice and the staff are so very sweet.

As a vegan its hard to have breakfast in Europe. I tend to eat a lot of fruits which I suppose is good for me, MF are gluten free conscious but not vegan. Breakfast was always a let down. However I was able to buy my own milk and keep in it their fridge for coffee in the mornings so that was nice.

The property is extremely well located. Very central to what we assumed was the main shopping precinct of Pescara as well as very short walk to the beach. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars within the immediate area and absolutely no noise reached the room at any time.

Room was surprisingly small, however the name should’ve told us that it would quite compact. The parking in and around the area is absolutely horrendous. We were lucky to obtain parking in a private garage which was literally a two minute walk away which was good. Air conditioning in the room didn’t work very well. 30 degrees outside with a top of 26.8 in the room which we couldn’t change for love nor money and lowest it went was 25.2.

Hotel arranged taxi from airport to pick us up, was very good! Reception in hotel was very warm despite late hour and good advices for restaurants in the neighbourhood. In the morning at breakfast also very nice assistant.

Very good clean up system

The room was very nice, small by US standards, but average for Europe. The furnishings, layout, upkeep, etc., were all topnotch! The location could not have been better. It is in the heart of the walking district about 200 yds/mtrs from parking requiring the crossing of a single street before entering pedestrian only area. Communication with the owner was perfect. We did everything thru 'What's Ap' including placing a call to let them know we were there. I don't know ho you could beat it for the price, incredible value.

There was nothing we didn't like, but there are 2 things to understand. It is an old building, and while it is completely up to date and redone inside, there is a lift (elevator), so you have to carry your bags up, but they will get help for you if you need it. The second thing is that like many old buildings, its heating system is either heat or AC, but switching between both doesn't work. We came after a cold spell in mid Oct and the heat was on, but I'm a 'cold weather' guy so for me it was warm. Easy answer, they told me how to shutoff the heat in the room (1 button) and we opened the windows and it was very pleasant (like I said, service was GREAT) in few minutes.

Very clean and nice room. Great breakfast and you can even eat on the balcony with beautiful view on the street. Beach is very close and there's a lot of good restaurants and shops nearby.

There was a little ant problem in the room, but it was immediately resolved.

small rooms, probably the tiniest bathroom i've ever seen. no elevator so prepare to carry your heavy bags.

Staff was very friendly. Also if you need to know upfront something like parking possibilities, reply was almost immediate. Location was right in the center, which was great - our recommendation: try to get a room to the backyard, because then you won’t have any troubles with the noise. We did and slept well all nights.

Although rooms are very clean, nicely furnished with an eye on the detail, the room itself is quite small. So, we were 2 people with 2 big luggages and we felt quite pressed. Besides that everything was very nice.
