Perfect quiet getaway

The standard townhouse was very spacious for four people. The home was stocked with good amenities so we could cook etc. We also hired a car when we were there and there was free, secure parking outside the home. The pool was great with plenty of beds and staff were helpful. We'd love to come back!

Nothing, it was perfect. We stayed in a standard 2 bedroom townhouse and it was great.

A lovely place to stay...

Excellent location, only 10 minutes to lovely beach. breakfast was superb and the service friendly.

The room is very large, confortable and well equiped, with airconditioner in the bedroom and living room. The hotel itself (common areas, pool, etc) is lovelly. They are very careful with the higene and safety proceedures due to COVID19.

Only complaint is that we didn't have the cleaning service one of the days we stayed.

Good cost performance with excellent location and view!

The location is great. It is a spacious apartment. Good value for money!

The view from the apartment was not great. The living was very dark.

On day 2 of our stay WiFi stopped working it wasn't possible for them to fix it so they moved us to a town house which exceeded our expectations.

No pool inflatables allowed so kids can be a bit disappointed.

We loved the location close to the sea. The gardens at the resort were beautiful.

Lovelly location for the complex and pleasant staff. Took the last available room so unfortunately the room was smaller and not in the best location on the site.

The resort is close to the airport. It is very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant is excellent. The choices on the menu are very good. We had breakfast and lunch on one occasion but had dinner eight days. The food was delicious The location of the resort is great for walking and close to Carvoeiro.

We had no complaint. The resort is well maintained.

The accommodations exceeded our expectations based on the size of the beautifully decorated suite (2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a kitchen and a dryer, and the pool was very nice.

The beds could have a just a bit more comfortable, but they were fine.

The location was great, the townhouses were spacious and the pool was a good size. The kitchens were well equipped and overall very clean. Two bathrooms, which was defo a bonus. Think it’sperfect for a family with up to four kids.

We had the house just behind the reception so the outside seating was a bit tight and there was barely any sun shining in. The gym wasa bit sad really and the menu at the pool slightly boring.

Spacious, location and quiet

I only stayed at the resort for one night. It was in walking distance to a small beach where we were able to do the Benagil cave tour. The front desk clerk was extremely helpful with booking that service. The pool was a perfect place to relax after a long day of travel. I would love to return in the future for an extended stay.

Very friendly staff, super location: quiet area, very close to the beach ( and bost trip to Benagil Caves) and walking distance to the Village as well, with plenty of restaurants and little shops. Also very close to start of the beuatiful Seven Hanging Valleys walking trail.

Everything was perfect!

Customer service was tops! Staff was warm, friendly and helpful. Check-in and out were easy. Property is in a great location - easy walk to the town center & beach, but away from the noise. There is a gorgeous walkway along the beach, where you are able to access the cliffs or get a scenic walk to the beach. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The interior is slightly dated, but still very comfortable for a family. Basics are supplied (dishes, coffee maker, etc...but you need to get your own coffee filters, laundry soap, etc). Exterior & pool are updated and beautiful. We would definitely return and also recommend to friends.

We were three people staying here for 3 nights. The he check in went well, no problems, after one night we decided to change the ville to have a sea view, so we had to pay 50€ per each night in adittion. The room 69 where we were staying was great, we had our own terrace with an amazing panoramic view, in the evening you can watch Atlantic Ocean, stars in the sky - nice! The restaurant in the hotel was amazing, we'd recommend to try salmon, octopus (it was not the first octopus in our lives that we tried and it was really delicious), also many thanks to a great waitress and manager Yana, she is very kind, funny and a great professional! Also, if any recommendations about food or vine needed, - she'll definitely come in handy :-) breakfasts are also nice. The beach where you can try to swim in the ocean is 400 m away, the city center Carvoeiro is 10 min by car. We didn't enjoy the city that much, but there is also another nice beach.

Cold ocean (14-16 °C but feels like 8°).

Views were great, bed was comfortable. The staff were exceptional. Especially, Claudia who checked us in and took very good care of us.

The bathrooms were in need of an update. Certainly not up to Pestana standards. Also, didn’t appreciate that there was a charge of 2 euros per day for use of the safe.

Really good facilities including spa, gym and pool. Restaurant was very handy.

Would need a car to go into town and there were a lot of floating beds etc..in the pool at times which was quite annoying.

Beautiful view from our rooftop. Great and very helpful staff in Reception give us helpful information about the area,where to go. Easy organized trip to Spain was amazing. Also the boat ride through the caves was fantastic. Definitely we will come back again.

i was there with my girlfriends and children, was perfect!!! Verry clean, good service, next to the beautiful beach and just 5 min walk to the town! i just came back few days ago and i just booked again the same place for our summer vacantion!! i can't wait to go back!!

It’s a nice resort and very good value for money (for a stay in April). Go to the reception and ask for the key of the gate to go for a walk near the cliffs. The view is breathtaking

The seagulls are just so loud almost all night. I usually have a deep sleep but the seagull’s noise was indeed loud. If you have heavy luggage avoid the rooms with stairs such as room 13B.

The bed and especially the pillows were amazing , the accommodation comfortable and the staff really friendly and helpful

The bar doesn't stay open if no-one is in the restaurant. It closed one night at 10.10pm

The place is fantastic! Also, it is within a walking distance to very good restaurants and pubs in Carvoeiro.

The people are very educated and quiet, but soundproofing would be a great asset for the future.

This resort, wow.... BLEW us away! I surprised my 4 girl friends, didn't really talk much about it and wowza, it did not disappoint... they thought I was the best person ever! hahaha, so massive thank you to this awesome resort! Loved how they leant us a key for a private cliff paradise, honestly the best views and place to visit by far!

Swimming pool was only open until 1900 which is fine, but after all day at the beach it would have been great to go for a night swim (it's a hard life when that is the only downfall of a resort, hahaha) - so, no, the place was amazing!
