The room is nice. It is very expensive, but all of Stockholm is expensive. It has a good location. When the receptionist was there, he was very helpful and nice.

The receptionist was not there a lot of the time. Please provide milk with the coffee

We booked a twin room, the hostel is in very central area close to many shops, the old town and the main train station. The room was clean and comfortable with its own bathroom as requested. We could use the kitchen where you could find free coffee and tea machine.

The internet was weak at the 3rd floor where our room was. The kitchen didn't provide oven for cooking, only a microwave. Our bedsheets were not changed nor new toilet paper provided. We stayed there for 5 nights. Price could be better. But overall was ok.

Comfy stay in Stockholm

The dining room is good enough for working. The room has enough compartments for organising your stuff on long stays. They clean the room and private bathroom daily, they provide liquid soap/shampoo. Internet speed is good.

There was only 1 fork in the kitchen for all the guests (all other cutlery is ok). There are very thoughtless guests that leave the dining room and the kitchen very dirty during the night and nobody tell them anything

Very friendly staff that is willing to help you with your problems. Clean rooms and dining area. Close to city center as well as a metro station that is one stop away from the central station.

The kitchen area could be improved on as there is no stove or any way to cook anything. Only basic equipment such as mugs, glasses, plates, bowls, utensils, 2 microwaves and a refrigerator are available to guests.

The bed in a dorm had hairs on and looked dirty in general (without the bedding). The kitchen was filthy in the morning full of dirty dishes. No cups or spoons to use.

The property was centrally located, just around the corner from the metro and had extremely comfortable beds.

We couldn’t find the hot plate in the kitchen :(

- the key instruction did not work from the first time, I could not receive key from the box. Luckily the personal was there and helped me out. - I stayed 4 nights in the same room by 2 reservations and the changing of the towel and cleaning happened only 1 time - above the bed there was a ventilation which made a wind and noise to me. The personnel meant it was obligatory by law and cannot be turned off. It felt like air conditioning.

The room was nice though very basic. It was rather clean overall, but there was dirty toilet paper on the bathroom floor when me and my friend arrived...

The 8 bed dormitory are very spacious, and most of them have private bathrooms, whiwh is very nice. The wifi is fast and you can have it everywhere. The location is perfect !

There is nothing to cook expect micro-wave. It is not the best place to have lunch/ dinner the the hostel.

The lamps/bulbs on thexsiee of the best, did not work this time (either).. The window in the bathroom was impossible to shut. The code in to the main entrance did not work the 20 first times.

Good place near the central station, very good and convenient for few hours sleep while waiting a flight and/or ferry. Price for single room was very cheap now during corona time. Staff is nice aswell and willing to help you if you have any inquiries. Would stay again just for sleep.

Great value for Money, excellent...

Excellent location 7 -10 min walk from Central Station. Great restaurants and bars close by.

The only thing missing was a television and no soap in the bathroom.

The location was really great, the hostel is situated almost in the city centre. The room was quite small but clean and comfortable.

Quite a modern interior for the most part and everywhere was clean, bed was pretty comfortable also and the receptionist was super friendly and helpful, also specifically chose this hostel because they don't charge for linen or have sneaky extra charges like luggage storage.

-Not many toilets or if there were more then I didn't see them -Cramped bedrooms with small lockers, but I didn't feel like my stuff was unsafe outside of the lockers, there was a friendly vibe amongst people. -No privacy curtains, would pay extra for those.

The accommodation was very good and clean. The only thing that bothered me was the lack of windows in my tiny room. A little bit uncomfortable especially in a hot weather.(Had a single room)
