Ive had better experiences there...

I slept and the room was spacious. Good location. good shops opposite. Good food in the area.

The soap wasnt refilled... the bed sheets were on the wrong way so had excess quilt... i asked for 2 seperate beds and even paid extra but the beds were together as one.... the staff never answered the phone at reception. breakfast was ok but dont eat the scrambled eggs...

The beds are really old and uncomfortable. The room if my parents was extremely warm and the heating/a.c did not work and the staff just put a small fan when we complained. It was hard to sleep in a very hot room. On plan 7 there was parties all night, lots of person running around the whole night. A very unpleasant feeling in the entrance, with suspected drug dealers and prostitution. Not nice at all!

Rooms were far too hot, u couldn’t open a window nor could you turn the radiator off, even on the lowest setting the room was hot all night and it disrupted my sleep massively!

The spa and massage was great. The pool area was clean and the spa bar had drinks and smoothies available. All and all the service in spa area was good. The breakfast was completely acceptable.

Because of corona, the mini bar was empty which is okay if you think about the risk of catching a virus from the staff who have to fill up the fridge every morning. But there was nothing else in the room either, like a bottle of water for example, or a napkin or a complimentary package. Also the room photo based on which I chose my room, was very different from what I got, it was smaller with a small window and actually very tight. Although the hotel was almost empty, they couldn’t get us a better room (at least the ones looking like the pictures).

Pay but didn’t get to eat my breakfast Too crowded. Blankets smells , need sun or better wash! Plus bad was falling and moving out too easy , super uncomfortable! Will never stay there again! Price was different than wht I booked! Course more expensive ! But had to stay , since was tired from traveling.....

A little retro

Location, room size. A perfectly fine place to stay and friendly desk staff.

Shower over bath verging on dangerous. Very dated, needs an upgrade.

Location, price, staff, view (amazing sunrise), Rituals toiletries, clever/fun signages.

Toilet stench, light bulb flickering and buzzing in the room, toilet lights flickering. Some noise from the highway (worth it cos the sunrise was amazing).

Too many people gathered in central locations. Coming from the UK it feels very relaxed with regards to social distancing, mask wearing etc. The rules are different in Sweden so it’s really an issue to consider only if you are travelling in from overseas.

Check in didn’t mention spa was only reservation. Below par in room entertainment system (no English Chanel’s/Movies/Netflix) Tried to change dates whilst at hotel as home country went into local lockdown and wanted to avoid quarantine, hotel took 12 hours to reply after multiple calls/meetings with reception and calls to booking, ultimately lost flights and now have to quarantine for 2 weeks. Will only use Airbnb for future holidays.

It was really bad experience for our friends whose I ordered this stay as gift for their wedding and it was really embarrassing that there is no room service and it was a miss I will never recommend this hotel again

Breakfast was very plain and not very well organized. Bread, juices, toppings - all of it "there" but nothing exciting and most of it even boring. Even though there was a big dining hall, the logistics of the breakfast buffet meant that getting our food always ended up with us having to wait - either for other people or for food that had run out to be replaced. Also very few (and even more boring) vegan options.

When she was gone, the room was different from what was on site. Then I paid $ 20. In order to get a room with a view, knowing that I sent them a message from the beginning When booking you would have chosen a double bed. Upon reaching the room, the takht was a single for two people. So my girlfriend was upset and slept away from me because we couldn't hug each other. It was a funny thing that happened I feel so sad. I will not want to return to this hotel again. I am not clearing anyone in the hotel reservation

Location

No cleaning is done during our stay. We asked the staff for cleaning and for changed towels, and our request was ignored. Parking is supposedly available, but it is not. We ended up looking for parking outside, and it was so hard to find. In general, a scam on multiple levels. Strongly unrecommended.

Very bad breakfast, Even tough its corona times, you Could serv the guest egg and bacon at there seats. Also very small rooms with bad aircondition and the frigde did not work...

It feels like the hotel was modern 15 years ago but needs an update. The TV in our superior king room was a 32 inch "thick slim TV" that did not work with chromecast. No non-Nordic channels. The bed was pretty soft. Overall the room was standard, no premium feel. The "spa" is ok but actually rather a "relax" than "spa". In our special deal, one spa entrance was included which was a good deal. However, the spa is not good/large enough to warrant a special entrance fee, especially not the high fees charged to external visitors. Further, there was ONE entry to the spa included, meaning if one would go in the evening, one would have to pay an extra entrance if one would want to go again in the morning. The small spa area should be administered like the gym: available free of charge for hotel guests.

room wasn’t clean. I found tones of female hair on thr blankets. Carpet was also not so clean. Shower gel was almost empty.

Simply the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in Honestly had to leave in the middle of the night because of the bad bed Also not the cleanest place I’ve stayed in

The room was too small and breakfast was a nightmare. Not the food but the room was just too small for the number of people. Ended up eating in the hall somewhere.

There was nothing that really stood out to us.

It was unfortunate that the room key system was down so anytime we wanted to go up to our room we needed to have a front desk employee accompany us to let us into our room. We were told upon arrival that the system would be fixed in a few hours but 24 hours later it was still not working. Having said all this, the staff were very quick to happily take us to our room each time. Also the kitchen room was undergoing renovation so breakfast was held in a ballroom which had a different feel.

Cold unfriendly hotel.

Breakfast was a good selection, Swedish style and the dining area light and airy which made for a good start to the day. Location was great for my office and central Stockholm.

Bed was stupidly soft and room overly warm even with the thermostat set to its lowest so didn't get a good nights sleep at all.
