To small room. And 8 was alone in a double room 2) to 5he room I had to walk more then 100m. Why is there not a second entrance

Comfortable bed and nice interior design. Central location. There is no staff available, check-in and check-out is done as self-service on the terminal, quite easy actually.

The location was great and the staff were very super friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean

No kettle . No fridge. Window looked out onto inner roofed courtyard and could not be opened so room felt oppressive sometimes. Shower was good but temperamental - suddenly hot then cold - rarely the same. Wifi was good but frequently dropped. Rooms only cleaned every few days which I think is poor. I don't mind not changing the towels and bedsheets everyday to save the planet but basic cleaning for a city centre hotel should be everyday

Excellent location! Whilst the rooms are small, they're ideal for short stays when you need access to communications and central Stockholm. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

The location of the hotel is perfect, 2 minutes walking from the Terminalen. The room and the bathroom were clean and big enough for couple of nights. You can purchase breakfast every morning for 65 SEK, which includes sandwiches, yoghurts, fruits, juices and coffee or tea.

I would not recommend it for longer stays because the room without window is a bit unsuitable.

Great location, super central and if you arrive from Arlanda Airport there's a gate next to the hotel which leads you straight to the train track. The bed were super comfortable and the shower was very strong.

Missed a fridge on the room and there's no room service if you stay less than 4 days, meaning no change of garbage, no fresh towels neither new shower gel repository and toilet paper. Thankfully we made it for 3 days with what we got but just on the edge. Would have been nice if they at least collected the garbage.

Flexible and honest staff, the room was nice, and the hotel is in a good location especially since we were going to Arlanda airport afterwards.

They forgot to fix our room but they fixed it asp and gave us fair compensation.

I like the reception guys, they were so cooperative and nice. They helped me with sterilization of baby milk flask and providing boiled water for the baby.

Excellently situated in the city centre in walking distance from central station. Reasonably priced small rooms. 24/7 reception which also features a small commissioning store and a bar for refreshments that is frequented by hotel guests. Rooms are acceptable, clean and usefully furnished

The reasonable price comes at the slight disadvantage that the rooms are rather small cut and not in a prim condition. Renovation might be a good idea. Also cleaning service is offered only in four day intervals.

Unfortunately, i got a room with smelly bathroom. I also borrowed a kettle but it’s broken and won’t work.

Self service check in and check out was amazingly quick and simple! The windowless room was just enough for a weekend getaway where we just needed a place to stay. Clean, good bathroom and reasonably comfortable bed

Hallway smelt a bit funny near our room, almost like sewerage. And our room had clearly had a break in attempt in the past judging by the marks around the door handle, so felt a little unsafe with our belongings. Room was also missing a privacy card and any information about cleaning of the room (which thanks to a friend also staying there informed us does not happen every day)

Position is excellent. There is no breakfast, but you have the central station with tens cafè very close without walk outside. Perfect location if you plan to take train or bus to go to airport. Perfect location if you want to visit the city center. Staff very helpful and friendly!

You cannot open the windows to get some fresh air. There was no proper guardrobe. The room was very small.

The room was small. The doors and general room shape made it hard to move around, especially two people with luggage. Other than that... no major problems!

It is extremely close to the train station. Basically just upstairs, though we went the wrong way. There's actually a direct lift just beside the hotel to go down to the main station. It's self check in so it's super easy, but the rooms are super far because the layout is narrow.. but that's not a huge issue. Really only here because it is extremely convenient and central!
