Great having the restaurant downstairs especially in winter when it is cold. We arrived late and still managed to get a hamburger at 23:00.

The room and bathroom sizes were very minimal though well arranged (even including a small comfortable armchair)

Very close to train station and easy to walk to old town through shopping area. Excellent breakfast including vegan milks and yogurt. Nice and quiet, staff friendly and helpful.

The location is great, staff is helpful and the breakfast is also nice. The rooms and the interiors of the hotel stand out for their classy, vintage appeal. Very warm and comfortable place.

This was my first time staying here and won't be the last. This was a very nice hotel with many thoughtful touches in the room. From a chandelier with a dimmer, to a teddy bear on the bed, to a mini fridge & microwave, I was pleasantly surprised by the details. I had a Superior Room with Balcony and the decor and design were wonderful and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast had a large variety and was quite good. The hotel is also steps away from many other choices - fast food, coffee shops & restaurants. An elevator to the metro/trains is just feet away. While I prefer to stay in a more rural area, this hotel was quite luxurious yet priced reasonably. Plus it's so convenient to the train/metro that this should be a first choice for anyone seeking a home base while visiting Stockholm. You can easily get anywhere in the city from this location and many sights are within walking distance.

We arrived early in the morning, arround 7:30 but the check in time is 15:00. We asked reception for staying on the couch to wait till then but she just gave us the room directly since it is already available. Amazing service

There are all what you could need. However, some things are old and the hotel doesn’t have a very good room service.

Fine for me as I live in Europe, but the room might be snug for US travellers. The shower is built into the bathroom with folding glass doors. It was absolutely lovely for me!

The location was great. Close to Central Station and Arlanda Express, also close to many of Stockholm's attractions, particularly City Hall and shopping areas. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent, lots of choice.

The room was very good. Breakfast was excellent. Location is exact opposite to Arlanda Express station and very convenient to catch the flight. Also all major destinations in Stockholm are iat walkable distance. Loved the stay.

Great location across from the main train station, which has direct service to/from the airport. I checked into the hotel 40 minutes after I arrived at the airport. Rooms had plenty of amenities and breakfast buffet was good with lots of options to appeal to international guests -- including waffles. Front desk is staffed 24 hrs/day, so you can leave your key with them when you go out and pick it up when you return.

Our Standard room was very small with no place to put our luggage and no safe. It was fine for our 2-night stay before embarking on a cruise, but would have been challenging for 2 people on a longer visit.

Frey’s is a small family run hotel tucked away in a quiet street which is very close to Central station and the center of Stockholm. My room was a single but it had plenty of space. The breakfast was excellent with many choices. The restaurant was always busy and there is a lovely area to sit outside and enjoy a drink and food.

Excellent hotel with excellent location with Metro/Subway station just on the right of the Hotel. Family Room was very spacious and comfortable with excellent beds and pillows and equipped with all essentials. In toiletries accessories were provided one time dental kit and shaving kit which means for me a lot. The staff was very hospitable and friendly. The breakfasts were amazing with changing of one hot dish everyday. Great selection of Belgium beers at restaurant.

Restaurant menu could have been more better and service, as it looks more like a Pub rather than a real restaurant.

Really enjoyed my stay at Frey's. The location was great - a quick walk from the express train from the airport and the Central station. Easy access to all parts of the city. I purchased a 72 hour transportation pass from the front desk. Breakfast was fresh and well stocked. The hotel was clean and the staff was welcoming.

Nice and clean hotel. Very friendly staff and very good quality breakfast. It's also nice to see that this is a hotel that is truly eco-friendly. Location is really perfect and located near T-Centralen: the center of public transportation. All major touristic attractions are even reachable by foot.

The room was a little bit cold and there is no air conditioner.

Great central location. Central station was right across the street which made it easy to get to from the train. The rooms were very clean and nice. The breakfast buffet was great and had many different options. The restaurant in the hotel was very good as well, with an amazing beer list. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience from beginning to end!! Check in staff wonderfully friendly and welcoming. Room in Scandinavian style, spotlessly clean and functional. Breakfast really excellent, fresh and extensive choice. Location really perfect for downtown and all the sites! Could not fault this wonderful hotel!

The hotel is nice right in the center of everything. Has parking on site and is a few mins from the train station. Very clean and on a quiet street.

The location is amazing. It’s located perfectly for travelers who need access to Airport Express Train and other transportation from the train station. Really liked the staff, who were polite and always available, and we were able to check in and access our room pretty early. I think around 11am

Fantastic location- easy to get to from Central Station and Arlanda Express stop. Walkable (15-20 min) to Gamla Stan and tram stop (5-7 min). Breakfast spread was amazing. Great variety and they did a takeaway breakfast when we had to check out in the early morning. Clean rooms, good TV and stations.

WiFi stopped working on the last night but that’s it.

Ideally situated just about 200m from the Arlanda Express terminal. We arrived earlier than expected at around 11am hoping to leave our bags. However, our room was already ready so we were able to check in with the very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast too. Thank you!

Large two room suite. Very comfortable bed. Excellent location near arlanda express to and from the airport. Reasonably close to some major attractions such as gamla Stan.

Small shower for a suite. No replacement coffee capsules for machine. Two only for 5 day stay. Restaurant always booked for dinner.

Great location, few steps from Central Station / Arlanda express, my partner and I were able to do almost everything walking. Breakfast with plenty of options, nice clean sauna. Good overall experience.
