The breakfast was great.

The room was very outdated and old. The air-conditioning unit made such a noise we had to turn it off and open a window, this affected our sleep as there was constant noise from the outside.

The view is very good, the room is large and spacious.

The room was cold, the staff gave us an extra duvet and a plug in radiator, unfortunately that made the room very dry. The room itself was worn and tired looking with scratched floors and cracks in the ceiling. The interior laminate facing was chipped and the bathroom mirror was damaged. Great location with decent breakfast but rooms are a bit worn and outdated. We stayed for a 40th birthday celebration, it dit not meet the expectations..

Given the advertisement about being “Covid safe” etc was surprised that the staff in the bar/restaurant had either long or plastic nails. As food handling guidelines state nails should be short as your unable to clean properly otherwise. Gym was nice but dirty. Was clear machines had not been wiped between use. For a Hilton Hotel had we higher expectations. Not really worth the money

They didn’t clean the room...

The location was ok and the view also not bad.

They didn’t clean the room daily, the didn’t change towels and they don’t bring you toilet paper neither Shampoo! You should go by yourself and ask at the reception every time! That was not fair for the price we paid .

Unexpectedly dirty

The room had amazing view; the location was just perfect. The breakfast had a nice variety and due to Covid19- pandemic they offered take away breakfast. The stuff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel had also a great view and delicious dishes.

The room was not clean. We got a room and the bathroom looked so dirty and dusty with messy towers in a way that you will think that the towels were used. We contacted the stuff, and they provide us with another room. The other room was not clean either. The toilet had some left-over stool or sth brown inside. After checking a bit around you could see a champagne cork and, in the bathroom, few broken glasses. Therefore, it does not give a luxurious feeling and neither a value for money. A basic cleaning is necessary, especially now during the Covid19 pandemic.

The athletic facilities were exceptional. Breakfast bar was excellent. The amount of mirrors In the room. The wonderful hotel staff.

It was a little dated and the room smelt a little dusty and stail. The beds could have been a double rather than 2 singles pushed together. Bathrooms were a little dirty.

Alright but not four star...

Location is ok. Staff is friendly but low on personnel. One person as the desk at most times.

Booked a room with a queen size bed but got a room with a twin bed, it’s a hotel you’d expect them to get this essential part right. The faucet was broken (see picture). When I confronted the front desk they didn’t have a room with a queen bed until the next day so had to use the shower to wash my hands and do anything water related the first night. The hotel is pretty old. Don’t know how it got four stars.

No breakfast buffet, no bar and no sauna/jacuzzi. No info of COVID-19 changes until check in, by which time it is too late to make other arrangements. Had to ask at reception for room to be cleaned. No waterside view or balcony, which should have been available as only 7 rooms were occupied.

I liked the location nearby the subway The breakfast was ok as well

The room is way smaller than the picture, most of toilet are really old, the tiles had stains, the sink passage way of water was rusty and real nasty. I did expect Hilton to be the best hotel ever but it unfortunately wasn't. Thw view was a bunch of roads with busy cars... and the river. Not so pretty as shown in the picture. The covers were two instead of one huge one.. it's always better for a couple to share one big cover.

the check out was fast

The room was cold, the radiator was not working, heating cannot be turned up (please see the photo attached), there were two tiny duvets on a queen bed. breakfast variety and quality could be improved, there was a light-coloured hair in the breakfast yogurt!!!

We had breakfast in executive lounge which was very good.

The Nespreso machine in the room was out of order and it was not repaired during my stay.

The room was cold. The hallway to the rooms smelled like it hadn't been aired out for a decade.

Staff were amazing, in particular breakfast crew. Breakfast was 10/10 & location was amazing.

There was a disgusting smell (mixture of strong food like a curry, damp & chemicals all rolled into one) on the 1st floor of the executive suites. I reported it twice to reception staff first to a female staff member on the night we arrived who did not really seem to care and made no effort to look into it or offer me a another room which I requested. I came down a second time the next morning to a lovely male member of staff who was very concerned & promised he’d look into it right away which he did & advised a window was opened to clear out the smell.... however the smell did not go and continued throughout our 3 night stay. As a pregnant woman this made me feel very nauseous & anxious every time I had to pass through the hallway - which was often! By this time I just tried to deal with it by blocking my nose. Also, rooms are very tired & worn, not worth the money compared to other 4 star hotels in the same area (which we stayed in the following night) that was actually cheaper, beautifully & newly refurbished AND didn’t smell.

We paid extra for our breakfast...because we ordered in our room. We must only be charged for room service not the entire breakfast twice. The bathroom was not clean, we found hairs in the bathtub . One other thing was the scrambled egg we ordered was not good at all.

They charge me 2x for my stay ( first by credit card on check in and again by cash at check out ) they say that money to my card will be back because they only "frozen" this money but its not true !! I call my bank and they just take full amour from my account and now they don't even rely back

The hotel is in the city centre, with easy access to buses and Slussen subway Station. There are many eateries within walking distance and light shopping. Breakfast at the hotel was very good, with a choice of omelettes, bacon, toast, meatballs, fruit, cereal, juices, coffee/tea. There is a spa called the orchid spa immediately adjacent to the hotel (in the same courtyard) with services available via appointment only. Spa services prices are very reasonable and is not connected with any services at the hilton. WiFi at the hotel is free of charge and there is a 24 hr front desk service. Taxis if needed are constantly in the area or waiting nearby. The room I experienced (queen room with double beds and balcony) had a fantastic view of the city and boats on the water especially at night.

There is no free parking, parking is available at a cost. The restaurant on site closes at 11pm so the only other option is room service with a very limited choice of food. Limited as in 3 choices. There is zero activity at the hotel, no music, no bar activity, no piano, no happy hour, ziltch. No pool, no spa, only a gym and sauna. The bath tub was a task - as the tiled floor constantly got wet because of the half glass shower door that extended only so far as the sink. The height of the bathtub to climb into and out of the shower was way too high, causing major difficulty in entering and exiting the tub. The toilet seatcover seemed faulty as it would not stay upright. The TV stations were all in Swedish and couldn't be adjusted.

Location

I requested a “quiet room” and basically was put in front of a construction site, two railway lines and main motorway! So much for reading my request. My plane arrived late so I turned up at hotel for 2:30am only to be told they had called me which was rubbish as they hadn’t tried to call me at all!

Location--close to major tourist and business spots and several public transit options with cabs always at the taxi stand and easy access for Uber.

The check in clerk was not sufficiently fluent in English, and when I apologized for not being fluent in Swedish and wondering if someone who had been speaking English longer could help us or translate, the request was turned down.
