Positiv: "Flight took off slightly late but landed at PMI roughly on time. I had the worst seat on the aircraft according to seat guru 31D which is the last row by the back door. But being the NEO 320 the seat was extremely comfortable and for someone who doesn't sleep on flights I nearly nodded off a few times. Knee room was ok but overall the seat was very comfortable and I could have easily spent a few more hours in that seat."
Negativ: "Only problem was that the service trolley started at the front of the plane and it took a fair amount of time before it reached the last row, and being a fairly short flight by the time we finished our drinks the seat belt lights came on for landing."

Negativ: "the worst traveling experience. as intl travelers could not download the wi-fi at their airport and they charged 40.00 per person for just the check in ticket... the customer service was the worst ever. very nasty employees"
Negativ: "Delayed for three hours then they gave us a 5eur/£3.50 voucher which we were only allowed to use for pizza and WATER. No other soft drink. The delay was ridiculous. The allowed us to board and be seated for about 15 mins before telling us that there was a problem with the aircraft. DONT YOU CHECK THIS BEFORE PASSENGERS BOARD?! Priority was a waste of money we all got on at the same time anyway. Rubbish service, rubbish airline and my £26 flight turned in £60 easily with all the extras which were a waste of my money."

This is absurd. Almost as much as our ticket to Mallorca. Not okay. They were so rude to us and I dont trust that they will do this again to us. It’s a scam in my opinion. Definitely read all of the fine print or they will rip you off. Oh! And we paid for PRIORITY boarding. Psh"

Negativ: "Having the family sitting separately on the flight as we were not able to afford to pay additional money to per book seats. But it was only a 2 hour flight so we coped. Think it would be a good idea if the airline didn’t just assume that because a child is 11 years old they are able to sit away from their parents. My son has additional needs and so although his chronological age is 12 years his developmental age is only 7/8 years so being sat away from his parents was very stressful for him. Maybe asking during booking if any of the party hav s additioonal needs would be a good idea."

Negativ: "When check in took place we were kept in a dark,cold,wet & windy covered area for about 10/15 minutes before being allowed to board the plane. This is really unacceptable in this day & age."
Positiv: "With Ryanair, you can only really like the price and the people. To be fair though, m the toilet was clean.."
Negativ: "Our flight was scheduled to depart at 7.30 am, but was still refueling after an earlier flight at that time. In a way it was lucky that it was late; if it had been in time, we would have been queueing on the Stansted tarmac in the rain. As it was, the rain had just stopped while we waited at the foot of the aircraft stairs. We actually took off 45 mins late. The new, additional-cost priority boarding is a joke: almost everyone was a "priority". Several passengers didn't understand the long "priority" queue, so joined it only to be turned away at check-in."

The airlines customer service is appalling at all levels - slow response, expensive phone lines, complicated websites to mislead you and incredibly rude staff. I would give them a worse rating if I could"

Negativ: "I HATE RYAN AIRs CHAIRS! I always fall asleep when I fly and then I am falling forward. After 1 or 2 hours flight I end up with nack pain, back pain and a grumpy mode."
