Nach Boarding Complete steht plötzlich eine FA mit meinem Koffer im Gang und befragt einen unbeteiligten anderen Passagier, ob er allein reise. Weil dieser Herr die Welt nicht versteht, wird die Stewardess laut und pampig. Ich stelle klar, dass sie mit meinem Koffer hantiert, woraufhin sie sich vor meiner Reihe (ich sitze am Fenster) aufbaut und mich grimmig anschaut. Nach dreimaliger Aufforderung, mit mir zu reden, bekomme ich dann erklärt, dass mein LH-zertifizierter Koffer zu geoß sei, ich ihn zudem falsch in den Overhead-Bin gesteckt hätte. Zur Vermeidung von Ärger auf dem kurzen Flug willige ich ein und bitte, mir den Koffer zu reichen, da ich nicht die anderen Passagiere hochbitten möchte. Entgegen der vollmundigen Ankündigungen zur Hilfe beim Gepäck werde ich nur angeblafft, dass sie nicht dafür zuständig sei, Gepäck zu heben. Mein persönlicher Apell an diese FA: Liebe Saftschubse, fliegen Sie doch mal privat mit Ryanair! Dort können Sie sehen, wie Damen Ihren Job professionell, effizient und mit einem hohen Maß an Freundlichkeit erledigen, obwohl das Gehalt weit unter Ihrem liegen dürfte."

Also, one flight attendant was perhaps the rudest person I've ever come across. "Go talk to someone else - I'm busy." All I asked for was a fork. She was simply opening a bin at the moment."

For me the seats are always a bit too tight for people with real shoulders. It’s okay though I’m used to that. But then landing 40 minuets early was great. It allowed us to go through the border and still be on our way as quickly as if we were home in the states."

Positiv: "Premium economy is far better than economy - economy has far less leg room, and as I'm 5'11" that made a big difference. It also provides you with more movie options (15 v. 2). All in all it was a good flight."

Also, for boarding, everyone really boarded at once and you had to go through additional security to get to the gate so you were basically stuck in a waiting room until your flight left with only vending machines (but there were bathrooms so that was good!)."

It was kind of a shame finding that out since most other airlines that I've been on provide the full set of movies for no additional cost."

Had to pay to choose a seat, as I didn't want them to stick me in a middle seat. also had to pay to get more than 2 movies, the card reader declined all 3 of my cards (they worked in the airport before boarding). I guess Im used to the fantastic service of Alaska airlines, where they are much more willing to give you free things on the plane, meals, drinks, especially if the card reader doesn't work. Luckily the gal next me had some cash to cover me. I also asked for a pen to fill out my custom papers, and a stewardess said no, she didn't have a pen and walked off. I would like to say I wouldn't fly them again, but they are cheap, and not having layovers is really nice"

Negativ: "We were delayed by 90 minutes-- no really a problem from Condor--but in Belgium due to safety. The delay really wasn't the problem, but the staff on board should have offered free drinks to keep passengers content. This is a must. Also, the flight attendants should be careful about talking their private lives and especially should avoid using words like 'Scheiße' while serving passengers. These staff members urgently need some professional development courses; especially for a family oriented flight."

When I got back to the baggage counter, the man there started checking my bags then the supervisor started yelling at me and him, because of a "miscommunication" between the other girl and Pegasus. I heard the other girl explain, and it was no communication. The supervisor as she called herself was extremely rude and short tempered with EVERYONE. Plus, they wanted to charge me 215 dollars for one extra bag. Really? I finally took a few things out and got away with under 90 dollars from the 20 dollars they were going to charge me before. I would have been happy to book with another airline that would have easily come under that price, and I barely got to my gate on time. I booked with Turkish air prior and it was 200 dollars round trip and I was very happy. My bags and food were free. When I got to Turkey to change flights, we had to get off the plane we were on and get on another, and my flight was over two hours delayed. We had to stay at the gate, and so I couldn't buy food at the airport. I would have gotten to Frankfurt at two so the small breakfast I had would have been ok, and now I had to buy food on the plane because I had planned also to meet a friend for dinner outside of Frankfurt before another flight (actually the entire reason I was flying with Pegasus in the first place) and now I wouldn't make it. Can you imagine spending all that money plus a hotel and the entire reason you went is just gone and you have to deal with all of this? So I go to buy food on the plane and I'm told my credit card doesn't work. The funny thing is, previously I checked my bags with the same credit card, and afterwards I rented a car and hotel with the same card. I knew my credit card worked. I made her try it again and nothing. So I just had to live on the small amount of yogurt I had had that morning. There was no apologies or anything for everything we went through except when my credit card wouldn't work the flight attendant gave me some coffee for free. I'm not a complainer and actually travel quite a bit (I've been traveling for 3.5 months straight all over europe and the middle east). This has been the only negative experience I've had. I truly believe that Pegasus does not care about keeping customers. I really feel like I've been treated like dirt, and that I was tricked into booking with them. I've always booked with Kayak and will continue to, but I would reconsider working with Pegasus if I were you. The other discounters like Ryanair are just fine. But this experience made me extremely angry and I will never book with Pegasus again."

Always asking customers for more money, they took my credit card at the airport when I was complaining about my first flight being screwed up and unbeknownst to me charged more money when yhey were claiming they wanted it for verification purposes."

The customer support service was poor and not helpful at all...seems as if they only send canned messages they prepared prior and do not provide any actual support. All in all with low prices, it appears, comes poor service."
