A mess of lines trying to get a new boarding pass for a rebooked missed connection—at the front of the line the agent said oh, you need to wait in this other line. Agents had no clue where to direct passengers and gave incorrect directions that necessitated more waiting. No updates to new flight time in the business class lounge. Once the flight was in the air, service was terrible. Attendants would ask for orders, then never bring them or bring the wrong thing."

A part of the interior wall fell off onto my foot upon take off and I had to hold it in place for a while until a hostess came....doesn’t give you the best feeling when the plane starts breaking on take off. One of the male stewards was appalling towards a young mum I sat next too...too the extent of giving her dirty looks because she spilled a bit of water on the seat and then told her she had to pack everything away she was using, including the baby wipes! I stepped in and told him how this was not ok and all other staff members were helpful and he was making this Mum upset. He should not be working for such a people friendly reputable airline! Maybe Jetstar instead! Was appalled at the entire flight to be honest!"

You really can get several hours sleep. The cabin crew is outstanding, patient, and extremely responsive to requests. Two meals served were excellent. Entertainment choices were complete. After a number of flights in Economy on other airlines I'm spoiled by Singapore Airlines and also by Business Class. And their fares seemed much less than others for the JFK to FRA route. Had no idea this level of luxury existed on an airplane."

Negativ: ""Customs" at JFK came to an entire halt. All passengers where stuck in the welcome hall for 1h, without any information, why held there and why nothing was moving forward. All CBP booths were closed, but 8 (eight!) employees, who normally direct arriving passengers to the kiosk-machines where hanging out in two groups sharing private stories and having laughs instead of at least informing passengers, what was going on. Lots of passengers where outraged...a couple in their mid 70s in front of us had to sit down on the floor, since they had circulation problems from standing in line so long. Sadly, JFK isn't what it used to be anymore."

Only one improvement needed. The boarding process was chaotic. After pre-boarding was completed, the entire remaining number of passengers (lots of them, big aircraft) were allowed to board without separating into logical groups or by row numbers. Slowed things down with crowded aisles, people trying to get by people trying to stow overhead luggage, getting situated, etc. Never had this happen in recent history on any other airline.
Die neue Boardverpflegung von Swiss Economy ist echt hervorragend: frisch, geschmackvoll, schön präsentiert und erst noch sehr preiswert.
Die Pünktlichkeit bei Swiss lässt zu wünschen übrig. Jede Woche mindestens 45 Minuten bis zu zu 105 Minuten Verspätung sind ein absolutes NoGo!

Competing airlines flying identical aircraft have nine across seatings Thin seat cushions cause leg cramps after a few hours."

Quantas basically said that since I had purchased a rock bottom priced ticket I should take a flying you know what at a rolling donut."

I imagine that if the entire flight preordered their meal, it was also not work so well..."

Negativ: "Ätzende 5 Stunden Aufenthalt im Flughafen Istanbul... Nix zu tun, nichts zu sehen. Kein Spielplatz für Kinder (ausser in der Gold-Class Lounge). Boarding auf dem Rollfeld und über die Treppe sollte bei Linienfliegern nicht sein. Häufige mutwillige Zerstörung meiner Rimowa Aluminumkoffer durch das Bodenpersonal: Dellen, Löcher, Kratzer (was zu langen Auseinandersetzungen nachträglich führt)."

Crew nach Stuttgart besser und freundlicher. In Stuttgart Ankunft 23.15 anstatt 13.55. Beide Maschinen veraltet, Unterhaltungstechnik von Entebbe funktioniert gar nicht, kein Bemühen der Besatzung, auch Bordtechnik im Airbus nach Stuttgart völlig veraltet! Keine Weiterempfehlung!"
Positiv: "Leider war mein fernsehrbildschirm beschädigt"

Negativ: "ENGE SITZE, Unterhaltungs-Angebot an meinem Sitz relativ instabil (stürzte zweimal ab), außerdem keine Fluginfos zu sehen, da Bildschirm zu schmal... Zwei Ausstiegs-Treppen wären hilfreich gewesen, saß ganz hinten. Boarding könnte schneller gehen, wenn man die Sitzreihen aufteilen würde nach Reihen."
Positiv: "Flugpersonal hilfsbereit, Essen nicht so gut (Nudeln mit viel Sahne-Pamp - arme Vegetarier!"
Negativ: "Enge Sitze - Und: ZU VIEL WERBUNG AUF DEM BILDSCHIRM!!! NERVIG!!! Auch der LEGO-Film ist zu laut und nervt irgendwann - warum machen das nicht mehr die Stewardessen? Dann kann man schauen oder NICHT, wenn man das ganze schon kennt! Zwei Ausstiegs-Treppen wären hilfreich gewesen, saß ganz hinten."
Positiv: "Turkish Airlines ist pünktlich, hat tolles Essen, Beinfreiheit und fast alle Flugzeuge sind neu. Natürlich ist die Besatzung überaus Gastfreundlich und stets bemüht besten Service zu bieten."
Negativ: "Nichts zu beanstanden."
Positiv: "Turkish airlines gibt sich Mühe, in Economy an Business Class Standards heran zu kommen. Rosen auf der Toilette, Speisekarte, viele Filme und Musik zur Auswahl... Leider bleibt der Platz aber doch eingeengt, und die Sitze eng. Aber der Preis ist gut! Ich kann Türkisch Airlines nur empfehlen."
Negativ: "I picked a window seat very early on through a phone call to a Turkish Airline agent in the USA, but when I checked in online, the seat assigned to me was gone and I was put in a middle seat while there were many other seats available. This erasure of the record and random seat assignment nullify the effort on the part of the passenger (making a call is not a trivial act these days because of the long waits) and generate uncertainty in the minds of the travellers. Hope you can improve on this point. That will make an even better impression on the passengers."

Positiv: "A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it."

Negativ: "I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone."

Negativ: "No proper food service. Even to the passenger of Amsterdam no dinner was served. No inflight service. It looks like domestic flight. I will think twice to travel by KLM. The check-in staff at counter was absolutely arrogant. Staff ar boarding gate was nice."
Positiv: "Our flight was delayed in Bejing, than we loosed the booked flight of KLM. When we arrived in Amsterdam, we get the recheked in flight."

Negativ: "They check for everything in the counter as if it was a low cost airline. If you go a kilo more over your baggage allowance you have to pay 100 eur. And for your cabin luggage you only have 12 kg that they check you twice and they have security staff at the airport specifically check in this."
Negativ: "It was a connection flight from Manchester via AMS to HAJ. Transfer time in Amsterdam (offered by KLM) just 1 hr - so my baggage hasn't arrived in HAJ, at least one day delay! At airport HAJ I've heard that's usual that baggage can't arrive in one our! So I didn't understand why this flight was offered by KLM!"

Negativ: "Dass der Flug sich verspätet hat, hat mich persönlich nicht sehr gestört. Wenn aber jemand danach weiter fahren muss, oder einen Termin deshalb verpasst, könnte etwas nervig sein."
