Needless to say, there was nothing else suspicious about me once the watch was removed. Eager to exercise her power, the security person did not seem to consider that she slowed down a long line of people waiting to be screened. I should add that I am 73 yrs old grey haired female who has traveled a lot both for pleasure and business during my entire life, often to some difficult places and that I do not argue with or provoke those in power in a situation like this. The yelling and the sending me repeatedly through the scanner, which did not beep once the watch was removed, was beyond anything I had experienced anywhere else. The sending me to the very end of the line seemed outright spiteful. (I did miss the plane connection.)"

Comfort - Window seats are too hot, middle aisle seats are too cold 3. Thankfully they do have halal offering. Now if they will even let me choose that I am allergic to seafood. Glad for the chicken. Nothing to boast about."

Positiv: "Royal Air Moroc is a quality airline. Service oriented and professional gentlemen serving onboard. The 787 Dreamliner is a nice aircraft to fly in and the inflight entertainment and flight map were of high quality. My checked bag arrived expeditiously on both sectors."
Negativ: "On the regional side, the customer service agents do not make gate announcements informing passengers that the flight is boarding. On both domestic flights, the CSR’s just yelled out that the flight was boarding...in Arabic. This was a source of confusion."

Positiv: "Late from Dakar, couldnt provide accommodation at Casablanca, Late again from Casa entertainement system wasnt working on my seat"

Negativ: "Airline cancelled flight 1.5 hours before departure. Booked us an another flight that landed 3 hours after our connecting flight departed, with no info on how we were to get home."

Negativ: "They move the flight one day back one hour before the flight.. Also another day of day in airline original country.. This is unsatisfactory.."

Positiv: "Plane had plenty of space, had 3 seats to lay down and sleep Brought my own food, was good decision Smooth flight"

Positiv: "Very little. Boarding was relatively straightforward."
Negativ: "Was in aisle seat, cabin crew consistently walked into me as they walked by despite the fact that I my body was completed within the confines of the seat. Similarly, the cabin crew regularly crashed the food cart into the back of my seat throughout the flight (but somehow avoided doing this to those in front of me). In addition, I was shaken awake twice to be asked if I wanted food. I will never fly this airline again."

Positiv: "Great food great customer service"

Negativ: "Passport control at airport in Casablanca was awful. Very very slow with people getting increasingly anxious about missing their flights and trying to move up in the line. The people checking passports were very slow and seemingly unaware of the tumult happening in line. No one was managing it. We arrived at airport 2.5 hours ahead of take-off and the plane was loading by the time we got to the gate."

Negativ: "For some important family reasons we had to cancel our flight. Cause we canceled it in advance, we expected some voucher for next time. We did not get anything even everybody knows that you sold our seats to someone else...."

Positiv: "It was a very short flight. Nice and pleasant"

Negativ: "My flight from Casablanca to Dulles arrived 4 hours late, close to midnight instead of 8.15pm even though the flight took of on time a little after 7pm Casablanca time. What went wrong? Was the arrival time printed incorrectly on the itinerary? This unexplained delay/error caused a lot of distress for the loved ones waiting at the arrival gate for 4 hours."

Positiv: "Left on time, landed on time, good legroom, not too packed. Bags arrived."
Negativ: "No movies, no wine. Couldn't check-in earlier than 3 hours and had a long wait, so had to bring our luggage into town with us."

Positiv: "gold card members can board at anytime and ckin at business counter"
Negativ: "my seat was changed from the one I selected and ended up uncomfortable for the whole flight with crying babies next to me. Courtesy upgraded should've been given as I fly so often."

Positiv: "Decent meal with wine, better than I expected. Crew maintained composure when a passenger had a medical emergency ( he recovered and the flight continued normally)."
Negativ: "Boarding process was chaotic as it often is when passengers need to be bussed out to the plane. Many passengers took the wrong seats and discrepancies in passenger count delayed the flight. At one point a family was asked to move, and take their carry-ons, but they were eventually allowed to return to their seats. Somehow it was resolved and we left. No personal TV , but overhead tv showed moving map for a while, then they switched to cartoons without sound. Airlines generally don't provide the best service or use the newest aircraft on African routes, so this was typical."

Positiv: "Flight was on time. No delay."

Negativ: "Oman airlines refused to board in zurich without any intimation neither from airlines nor from agency I am an heart patient and got mild stroke when I heard this and I paid 550 Swiss Frances to take the same flight on same time I need to peruse this case on top priority and reimburse the payment. Awaiting for your urgent reply. I want to know what could be the reason before I need to take further action."

Positiv: "Ground agent at the counter was polite and very good customer service."
Negativ: "The TV monitor needs to be fixed on what was shown - terrible reception."

Negativ: "The airline lost my baggage for four days, had no explanation and no idea where it was. Despite being told they would follow up with me I had to call over and over each day as I was getting no info. Eventually, they came to deliver the bag but tried to give me someone else's bag. Apparently, they had given my bag to someone else! By the time I located my possessions this debacle had caused a number of other problems. Would never use this airline again."

Positiv: "We boarded early and left fairly on time."
Negativ: "Many TV's didn't work, the carpet had been left soaking wet in front of me as they had just cleaned the carpet, stingy with the water....there is NO comfort flying this airline, but it is direct."

Positiv: "A few extra seats...."
Negativ: "Which were needed since multiple tv screens didn't work, floors were wet from cleaning etc. when you ask for water, they tell you to get it yourself. We taxied for over 40 minutes. Really rough landing!!!!!"

Negativ: "Nothing wooed me to want to get another Royal Air Marco flight over other traditional flights. First time using Air Maroc"

Negativ: "Flight cancelled again, but crew in São Paulo explained why and gave a dinner voucher. Better than in Casablanca when I went to São Paulo where flight got cancelled, no food was provided on Casablanca in 6 hours of waiting with no information. They check our passaport around 10 times, but there is no one to explain us where to go and what to do...After midnight they sent us to a hotel where we had to share a room with someone we never met before because there was not enough rooms to all of us. RAM=NEVER AGAIN!"

Positiv: "No ticet was issued , I buy new ticet in the air port for almost dbul the price witch it was very bad experience & I proumece you I will never use kayak again and I will till all my frind if I did not have rebly from you"

Negativ: "Surly Flight attendants. Crowded flight conditions. Food is horrible and ran out of dinner options."

Negativ: "I ordered a vegetarian dish and they didnt have it. I was also traveling with a child and we were hungry because they only had meat optiins. They did have cheese sandwiches that were very cold."
