Apparently we cannot bring these items on the plane and no one told us, the customers who paid to board this flight. Plus the wifi was not free. And when we tried to use the wifi code we were given from the crew as a "perk" from our camera Ana iPads being taken, that still did not work. So that was a 13 hr flight with no wifi. Plus on my flight from Istanbul to Atlanta my Tv did not work and the crew didn't speak English and could not understand my complaint. Overall the worst flight ever, close to a Delta flight which everyone knows is the bottom of the barrel of airlines. When we finally arrived in Atlanta it took 3 HOURS to get our baggage. We landed at 7:45 PM and did not get our bags until 11 pm. We were not told what the delay was and to just be patient. I will a NEVER take this airline agin."

The excursion departs at 12p.m. This flights arrives at 11.25 a.m., but the lines in immigration are stupidly long. We arrived at the counter at 12.15. In a very unfriendly way, they explained the excursion had left, and no possibilities for joining it in Town. So, we were stuck at the airport for several hours. How stupid is to offer an excursion to passengers in layover, but program a flight with 300 passengers to arrive just in time to miss the excursion? Somebody has to think this over. This excursion should leave at 12.30, and it would avoid dozens of passengers stuck and unhappy."

People getting up during landing, littering in the plane, clogging toilets, creating spills, NEVER listening to announcements made by the crew, etc. It's essentially a zoo. I sat by a bulkhead seat, and I had maybe 200 people push by my feet, step on them, knock around my shoes and TV console during the flight. It's a somewhat tiring spectacle for 10 hours on end."

Every airline grabs the money, these "very smart" thy admin has developed rules to make passengers' life's inconvenient. Highly not recommended. Lousy airline. Broke my luggage on top of this on my flight from Miami to Istanbul. NOT recommended. Refrain from even suggesting thy to your customers. You have a good name."

Negativ: "The flight attendant did not bring the wheel chair and take me to the bus where I waited too long and when I arrived to customs no wheel chair was there and I asked every officer there how to get the wheel chair no one helped after long time one officer called and the chair arrived and he transferred me to a cart the driver was very bad he did not help in seating me and I sit on the back with my carry on when he drives like crazy I fell on the floor screeming he stopped and place me in the front and he asked if I need a doctor I told him no I just need to catch my flight although I was hurt badly with a very big bruise and when I reach the gate the plane was gone and I have to wait for another flight to take me to San Francisco and from there to Los Angeles and I singed a paper that I don't want a doctor"

After this we were given great service until half way through the flight when I was becoming quite thirsty and kept trying to signal the flight attendant based on my help button, but no one came, so I had to stop a flight attendant that was passing so I could ask for some water to drink. Overall, the flight was OK, even though I felt a little crammed in my seat and the need to fish for a flight attendant just to get water was a hassle."

The boarding area was mixed with people trying to get to New Jersey at the next gate making it very crowded and confusing, people found themselves in the wrong line."

Positiv: "I have a servere hearing problem and was concerned (since we were late leaving Zurich for my changeover in Frankfurt), that I would be late because I can't hear any loudspeaker systems (either on planes or in airports). I felt that I could get easily lost between flights and not have time to get to the Frankfurt/Denver flight. I told this to the person at the gate in Zurich, and he immediately arranged for someone to meet me in Frankfurt and take me there. I was met by Maika in Frankfurt and she was just excellent--personable and efficient and really helpful. I'm sorry I couldn't remember the name of the person at the gate in Zurich. He was also great. I wouldn't have done this if I had had more time, but this really made my day (and my flight!) ! Thank you!"
Negativ: "Boarding in Zurich is tough for infrequent travelers because all the desks say SWISS. And it took me a long time to realize that SWISS handled many airlines. Perhaps the signs could be bigger."

For example, the flight from Athens landed just four minutes before boarding started for our connection and we had to go through German customs. Luckily for us there were many passengers on the Athens flight that were also going on Dulles flight the airline waited for the passengers. This scheduling issue caused unnecessary stress that could have been avoided."

The plane was spotless throughout the flight. They were always coming around with water and juice and they genuinely seemed to care about all the passengers. The Flight back crew were just the opposite. More like the old lazy farts you get on the American carriers or BA or QF long haul. Whoo have been there for the long haul and should have stopped ages ago."

They automatically rescheduled the flight only giving us 25 minutes to reach our next flight...impossible. so, after calling, we were re-booked again and forced into a 13 hour layover in Amsterdam. Our original flight plan had 4 hours. so, because we are a family of 7 with a baby, we had to buy a hotel room to rest, costing us a lot of extra money we had not planned to spend. We contacted KLM for help with the cost but were rejected. We also lost 5 bags somewhere between Chicago and Lusaka, but after 2 days, we received them."

The food was not very good and I'm not a huge fan of planes so old that my seat is a flotation device rather than having a real life jacket. Positiv: "Das Flugpersonal war durchaus freundlich, aber irgendwie nicht besonders engagiert. Es wurde ein Minimumprogramm abgespult. Was soll ich mit dem Brot, wenn das essen vorbei ist. Warum fragt man mich nach der Auswahl, wenn es nur 1 Option gibt (Lunch). Gerade von einer asiatischen Airline erwarte ich hier mehr, auch in 'Economy'. Die Sitze waren sehr eng."

As the arrival was little late, all the passengers have missed their connection flights in Toronto and there was no notification or communication made on the new flight. When I went to the Air France counter in the airport, the staff has gone for the day and trying to get a hold of telephone rep took 2-3 hours and I by the time I found about my new connection, I was already late. Somehow I managed to get to the Terminal 1 and when I spoke to the lady (indian) at the Check-In counter, she has refused me to Check-In because i slipped the line up. The people in the lineup didn’t have any objection and they let me go first for Check-In as I’m already late to my flight. I wante to say something to her, but I’ve controlled my frustration. Luckily the other person in the Check-In counter offered to help me Check-In. Here is my word to the Indian lady staff “F**k You B***h” - learn some people skills."

Media center is outdated, touch screen isn’t working well, felt being punched in head every time when ppl behind you tries to touch the screen!"

Negativ: "Being placed into a window seat at 6' 5". Although I opted for general seating rather than paying for a extra leg room which is out of my budget. Not getting an aisle seat was disturbing at my height. Then there was the guy in front of me not willing to forego putting his seat back on my knees for over half the flight. It would be nice if the seat assignments for general boarding considered the height of the person being assigned."

Most passengers seemed to have multiple bags to check. Since this is a regular flight it was hard to understand why check in staff wandered in late when time was already tight - let alone having a system failure as well to deal with. We were 50 minutes late leaving. This resulted in many of us either missing or having extremely tight (stressful) connections at CDG Paris."

Negativ: "The seat, food, and movie selection don't apply to what a premium flight promesses. 370 eiro upgrade is way too expensive for only a little difference. I took premium two years ago and there was a real difference, but now they cut food and movie experience to half it was."

Negativ: "Boarding process in Paris was very cumbersome... no row-range-wise boarding... you need to just stand in line. Additional hand baggage check at gate for the really unlucky ones. Economy Seats could use another layer of cushioning - very uncomfortable for long flights. Flight attendant was a bit mouthy... when asked for extra cream for the coffee - he said he "might as well get the cow for me"! 3 creamer packets may sound like a lot - but I couldn't help it as the creamer (2% milk??) was very diluted. Laughed it off at that point."

Negativ: "The seat was caving in and sliding forward as a result I couldn't sleep all through the night and had a bad back ache !!!"

Negativ: "The ground staff were extremely rude so much that we knew our there was going to be an issue with our luggage. Our assumptions were right and the luggage was lost for almost 3 days."
